Honestly, the girl at checkout and the gentleman that helped, they were super cool! She made sure to greet me the second she saw me, they helped me navigate my rewards, and got me some great food. They must have made some changes staffing wise cause they were all great. Also, super clean! Basically spotless.

This location was extremely clean and I got to try the chipotle honey chicken for the first time!
It was incredible. 10/10. It will be my new go-to for as long as it’s on the menu. Cashier was kind and attentive and I got all I needed easily.

Food: As if corporate’s absurd pricing of almost $9 for a small Chips & Queso-blanco + a drink wasn’t painful enough, to add insult to injury, the chips were stale. Even McDonald’s doesn’t mess up this poorly. Fortunately, the Queso-blanco was pretty solid.
2 stars for food—this is highly affected by the price.
Service: I was skipped over in line during non-peak hours, and honestly, minimum hours. I am certainly nobody important, but this does cause some frustration. The staff were, however, very friendly.
Service receives 3 stars due to this frustration.
Atmosphere: The place was generally clean, but there was a drink machine that had supplies scattered around it while not being actively worked on. Additionally, several of the tables seemed to be unclean during these non-peak hours. The music was perhaps 5dBSPL too loud for my liking, but I won’t consider this for my review.
Atmosphere receives 4 stars due to the appearance of the drink machine and tabes.
Overall: Despite the lovely (genuinely) staff, and the fairly well put together atmosphere, overpriced stale food can simply not be tolerated. While I—of course—understand how simple it is to ask for a replacement, this should not be happening to begin with for the prices that we are paying.

I usually avoid this location & just take the drive to the Millenia location but decided to give them another chance tonight. They’re definitely short staffed so it took a couple minutes before I was helped, which I get. The food area was messy when I walked in. There was one guy behind the counter trying to tidy up but it’s literally always messy. Once my bowl was done I waited for a bit to be checked out because the cashier wasn’t answering when the guy making the bowls was calling her. Not sure what they do differently but the bowls here always lack flavor compared to other locations. On top of this, I found a long blonde hair in my bowl once I got home. Not worth the hassle to bring it back. Won’t be returning to this location.

I stopped here at 8pm last night to get food for my kids. The food prep area and drink area was not clean. The worst part of my experience was asking the cashier for chips for my daughter’s meal. She goes to the chip area and uses her bare hands to scoop the chips in a bag. She could not even bother to put on a glove after she had been touching the register and everything else! I will not come back here!

So, today I went to this chipotle, which is in my old neighborhood where my family and I used to live. I was shocked to see some of the poor reviews. As I walked in, I was greeted by two of the staff, the gentleman who started my Tacos was very nice, he and the other associate piled high everything on my Tacos, and it looks like a work of art! I checked out, grabbed my iced tea cup, and had some very good unsweet iced tea along with my crispy tacos. It was delicious. I ate every bite and had to get a fork to finish up everything that was left over in the basket! The place was clean the atmosphere niceand the food was absolutely delicious!

Worst Chipotle in existence. Not timely, not cordial, not apologetic. Our online order had been waiting in the back instead of the takeout shelf for god knows how long and when we finally received our order not a single word was said. No “sorry for the wait” even though our order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes prior, no “have a good day,” nothing. Just a blank, rude face that looked like they don’t care about being a good employee. This isn’t even mentioning that the dine-in line that was emptied three times while we waited. I will never have the displeasure of eating here again. I would give this “restaurant” 0 stars if I could, and the management should be ashamed of themselves.
Edit: just got home, I ordered three hard shell tacos and received three soft shell. Not the biggest mistake, but it’s just the icing on the cake atp.

This was my third visit to Chipotle. I was very disappointed since I couldn’t see the menu on the board. I asked for a printed menu & the register girl said “we don’t have one, you’ll just have to look at the board”, although I’d already told her I could not see the board. It was offensive and rude. Also, the staff throw the food into the bowl as if it were swill in the prison line. They don’t ask you what you want, there is very little communication to the customers. You have to point and then they dump it into a bowl. None of the staff would answer questions about the food or drinks. The restaurant and tables were quite messy at lunch time. No one bothered to wipe the tables down. Overall I felt the service could be much better, and certainly had the impression that nobody had a care about their job or the quality. The food was tasty but was served in such an unappetizing manner. Chipotle management needs to do a much better job if they want to stay in the restaurant business!
