I have lived Chipotle for years. In fact, it was the only “fast food” is eat for a long time. But now the quality of everything just seems sort of meh! I had an order in a week in advance. Got to the store to pick it up and had to wait over 20 minutes for it to be ready.

Probably best to just shut down this location, go down the street, and open another with all new staff. I have always been patient with service but this location’s employees literally see you standing there for 20 minutes waiting on a bag that was behind the counter all along and will ignore you. Plus the tamper-evident bag was definitely tampered with. Tossed my order because while waiting 20 minutes for my food I was observing how dirty and dusty it was there too.

Hands down, probably the worst chipotle I’ve been to. They’re consistently out of anything and everything. Whether it be Guacamole or if you go later in the day, they’re out of basically everything because of them closing. Not worth even going in if it’s past 9 pm when they close at 11… also for the most part, they only take card transactions, which I’m sure they’ve closed their drawer to save them some time closing later in the night. Lastly the dining room is closed at night as well. Just a heads up.

This is really a raggedy chipotle. They’re always out of something. Often times the white rice is hard. Sometimes they don’t open on time. On online orders, they always forget something. The worst part is the attitude- please do more to make your employees feel appreciated and valued because their attitudes especially the one lady that’s always there she may even be a manager- your attitude sucks. Customer service is part of your job, please do better.

Always quick and easy. Has gotten more expensive and decreased in quality over the years, in my opinion. Alway find food to be very salty. Usually get two meals out of a bowl, which is nice. This location is a little slow, but no real complaints.

This used to be such a nice Chipotle when it first opened. We had been coming here for years and then gave up when the atmosphere/cleanliness/friendliness took a big downturn. It was unbearable for a long time with their bathrooms with no paper towels, the filthy windows and defective speakers with only the subwoofer working – quite unpleasant.
