Julia was our waitress, she was kind and I noticed she was constantly moving and doing things when not tending to customers (not just standing around talking to coworkers). Food was to be expected just like any other location. I was impressed that they weren’t out of anything we ordered, locations near us are typically always out of something. There was a mistake with our order and it was addressed immediately and more than appropriately. Thank you Julia, keep up the great customer service! Hopefully your boss sees this review and recognizes you for it!

Service was great, beer was ice cold, bone in wings were tiny, boneless wings were mostly or entirely breading and fries over cooked. Lots of sauce and rub options, happy hour menu looked solid. Music was bizarre for the theme. Honestly was just surprised at how small the wings were and the all breading boneless wings.

I put in an online carry out order since I was close to a Buffalo Wild Wings. I don’t live near one so we picked some up on our way home. When we got home to eat we realized that the winds were not seasoned at all. I got 3 different dry rubs and they all tasted like they had nothing on them. I was so disappointed and I don’t live close to go back up there to have them fix it. I tried calling them a few times but no body ever answered. It is just so annoying that they didn’t season them at all, that’s literally what dry rub is! The three photos I added should be Cajun dry rub, lemon pepper, and salt and vinegar. You can tell by the pictures it looked like they either sprinkled one shake onto the wings or not at all. We ordered gator tots as well and they were also not seasoned. Everything was bland and not good.

Food was incorrect. Got boneless wings when asked for bone in. Asked for sauce to be on the side of wings and they were tossed in it. Poor guest waited by the door for almost 25 minutes while the hostess walked around and served food or talked to the other servers, who were running around with their heads cut off. She was very slow moving person and seemed she didn’t care. On a Sunday when there are 5 different football games on they need to prepare better. Literally more people left than there are sitting in the restaurant. Very disappointing considering we come here often.

Haven’t been here in a few months. But had a rough day and I wanted a treat. Got the BOGO boneless, a brownie, and some sauce bottles.
The order was late, I stood at the front for nearly 20 minutes before someone said anything to me, and originally they forgot my brownie…and their copy of the receipt didn’t list sauce bottles and I had to pull it up and prove it…so that system is broken maybe.
Food is good though. I felt bad for the staff. It’s either understaffed or undertrained. But still….patrons pay for service.

Ordered for delivery through DoorDash. Saw that the delivery driver showed up fairly quick and waited for the food. It was delivered quickly but the issues were, my order was missing several items, and what we did get was cold. Had to reheat everything.
Missing all our drinks. Had to drive back up to store to get all the missing items.
Checked the receipt and they only had half of the order on the receipt and didn’t include the others on an additional receipt which could explain some but not all the missing food and drinks.
Also… if you order using BBW online service, it does not give you an option to say your missing food as DoorDash doesn’t have the order on their app.

We always get great service here (although opening day each year is understandably overwhelmed). Selection is great, and there are so many deals. Love playing the trivia as a family and earning real rewards.
*UPDATE: Come in for the 6 for $19.99. See photos. We shared and so did thr kids. GREAT DEAL and plenty of leftovers.

I just want to say WOW that Christmas Eve crew was amazing!! They were all so welcoming and friendly every worker in that restaurant, my server was Sean but the other servers on cinthia and haley WOW great people, it really made me feel so welcome on Christmas Eve. Everyone had such warm smiles and were all very talkative, I also had noticed how every single customer had a smile on their face and I truly think that group of workers were the reason! I will be back! Food was also hot and good.
