Went thru drive thru. I ordered 3 bowls and all 3 bowls were so small. I’ve never gotten so little food in a chipotle bowl. It’s one thing if one bowl is a little off. But not all 3! Had I not driven all the way home, I would have gone in and asked for them to be fixed. I’ll never go to this location again.

Service: super nice unlike other locations in central Florida. I hope it doesn’t change because they see nice and they keep the place clean.
Ambiance: typical store with indoor and outdoor seating.
My only complaint is that it is FREEZING inside. It’s like Antarctic in there.

Wow wow wow. This location has been the biggest the disappointment. There should be a serious change in management and emphasis on customer service. I had just came back from a long day at the beach with babycat bookclub and I was starving. I was standing for 10 minutes alone waiting for someone to serve me while the employees walked around ignoring me. Then when I finally was being served, they were rude about making the bowl, rushing me through and cutting me off before I could finish. Worst of all, the employees all said “hi kevin” and left my bowl while making it, completely abandoning my hungry self and leaving my bowl half complete, in a state of limbo. I felt taunted by them leaving mid service and I am ashamed and the way that these employees see my bookclub as sub human. A simple “Ill be back” would’ve sufficed but no, my bowl was left there to become cold, incomplete and desolate. And then there’s me on the other side, staring longingly and in shock as they walk away unannounced. Try harder. Also the music sucks, what are these beats.

I had an excellent experience using the Chipotlane for a recent pickup. The entire process was seamless. My order was ready right on time, accurate, and made exactly how I requested, which made the stop quick and stress free.
The highlight of the visit was meeting Taylor Brennan, the location’s Apprentice. Taylor was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. You can tell he puts real intention into every interaction, even those that are meant to be fast. His energy, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience feel personal rather than transactional.
It is clear that Taylor takes pride in both the customer experience and the team he represents. That level of leadership and positivity sets the tone for a great environment and does not go unnoticed. Thank you for going above and beyond and making a simple pickup such a pleasant part of my day.

I don’t normally use the app to order ahead, but with 6 separate to-go meals and a new store, I figured it was the smart move in case of long lines. I’m so glad I did! It was an excellent Chipotle experience! The restaurant was clean, the staff were all super friendly and quick, and every single one of our orders was accurate and ready to go, extras included.

We ordered and ate inside. We had great service, the crew moved quickly and were very kind. They took exceptional care of us. They keep it very clean inside and the staff was consistently cleaning up while we were there. Our portions were perfect and the food tasted good.

The food was okay the chips were stale and overly. The people were nice but seemed to not yet have the hang of things which is expected from a new location. The food was running low and some of it looked dry. My bowl was skipped over to help the guy behind me instead of working in order and I was marked for queso that I did not order because the person in front of me had that on his bowl and when I told the girl closing up my bowl I didn’t get queso she side eyed her co-worker, didn’t believe me and re-opened the bowl to check. She did apologize for the confusion which was nice. All in all I think with a little more training the chipotle could be good it’s in a pretty busy location only major flaw is the parking is abysmal.
