I don’t know what it is about Chipotles but this one was just like every other one I’ve gone to – DIRTY! There were a dozen employees in there, some standing around talking, and nearly every empty table had crumbs on it – even the tables outside were all dirty. It takes 30 seconds to go wipe off a table, I don’t know why this doesn’t get done, why for Chipotle this is not something employees are expected to do. I counted when I waited on a friend in the bathroom and could find only 2 tables in the entire restaurant that were crumb-free. Do better. Teach your employees to do this simple thing so people can sit with their food at a clean table.

Chipotle used to be amazing ! I am so tired of getting togo food or chipotle lane food and it always being a mess and never correct with very small portions. EVERY TIME!!!! Chipotle leadership for the love of everything please add some supervision to what is going out the door on delivery , to go , and chipotle lane. They are always slapped together and instead of them refilling their containers they use the last tiny little scraps of food and call it a day. This order just like many had 10% of the cheese that should go on there and 15% of the chicken they should’ve went on there. Plenty of rice and beans though. Get it together because everybody’s getting tired of it being messed up. This goes for all locations not just this one. However , this location screwed it ip today.

Decided to stop here during our weekly antique shopping. We were not greeted upon entry. The worker behind the counter seemed cordial enough; however, being a person with many allergies, they need to work on their cross-contamination issue. Both the serving line and the drink station were a mess and all the garbage cans in the place were over flowing. The food was lukewarm at 1 p.m. on a Saturday and the place was not even busy. This is the second time we have eaten here, but it will be the last.

Took my teenage son and a friend here to grab them a quick bite. I don’t eat here generally but figured why not, right?!
Well, because the food isn’t very good, that’s why!
Start with the extra long, slow line. Staff seemed stressed and irritable. Took 20 minutes to get our food. Mine was ice cold. And salty? Wow, super salty! After trying to eat without a napkin I gave up and asked for one…only to be scowled at and handed some paper towels.
Seems like Chipper might be going downhill, service and quality problems at all the stores. Imagine if the teenagers ever actually thought about it and decided they could do better? It would all be over quickly…

Congrats on finally earning the one star.horrible customer service. Waited 45 minutes after my pick up time for 2 burritos. And the online order still hasn’t been touched. They had no problem taking all the orders who just walked in. And when I question why the walk ins have all been served, I was told “ you could have waited in line. No, I choose to place an order online and pick it up to avoid the line. Had to call to get a refund because they wouldn’t cancel the order there. Hope your business follows the Chicken Guy down the road. We will miss your wonderful customer service. Oh wait, like the burritos, I’m still waiting for that. Poor enough experience to lose my business . Well done

Really wonderful. My wife has Celiac and often has to ask for gloves to be changed, and as soon as she mentioned it, the staff immediately offered to change gloves. Everyone was incredible kind and courteous.

I had a very bad experience when I went there, and they were very mean and rude. They made mistake on my order and as I said, fix this order, this is not what I ordered. She was raising her voice and say go to the front of the line again and stain the line one more time and I said you cannot talk like that to a customer she start using F word in front of my kids and I ask who is the manager the manager came he couldn’t do anything. He just said to the staff stop and she kept using F force to everybody she was extremely outrageous. Staff should be monitored appropriately by corporation and corporate offices. They have to get rid of the step of people immediately it’s not a bad food is about service and it’s about mannerism by four negative.

I hadn’t been to this Chipotle in a while, and after this visit, I probably won’t return. The front counter was very messy, and the kitchen area looked even worse. The two employees behind the counter seemed untrained and handled food carelessly. Portions were so oversized that food was constantly spilling from bowls onto the counter, creating a cross-contamination risk.
I ordered a side of guacamole and found multiple cheese pieces in it, which is a serious issue since I’m dairy-free. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and concerning from a food safety and service standpoint. This location clearly needs better staff training on food handling, cleanliness, and basic serving standards.

This location closes at 11pm. We walked in at 9pm. They did not have most of the food items, the kitchen was already closed, and we were not permitted to sit inside. This was our 3rd attempt to give this location a chance, and unfortunately, it has not been the best experience. The employees (specifically the Hispanic female) were unfriendly, unprofessional, and unhelpful. There were some other guests that came in after us, and they were met with the same interaction. The Hispanic female also removed protein off of someone’s bowl and started to serve smaller portions as they saw more guests walking in.
