I ordered a burrito bowl last month and picked up through the drive through. When I got back to work, there was so much sour cream I could not eat it. It was literally swimming in sour cream. I have tried to contact Chipotle through FB and their website. I still have not gotten anywhere about a refund or at least a replacement burrito bowl. I mean I paid $20 for something that was inedible. Horrible customer service. I will never go back to Chipotle again.

I was the first person in line today for lunch. I noticed that the beans in particular were not made fresh. They look like they were from the day before and there was a line where the beans previously dried 2 inches from where the beans actually were. This is an indication that these beans were not from today. Additionally, there was a piece of Brillo approximately 3 inches long in my chicken, which I was eating, and the Brillo was in my mouth when I found it. Another indication that the chicken was not fresh because you’re not scrubbing with a Brillo pad a steel Brillo pad while food is on the line and was just made to be served. It’s obvious the food they were serving was not made this morning. The manager is not that good of a liar because I didn’t believe a word that she said, but she lied right to my face and told me everything was made fresh today. I most likely ingested cleaning chemicals also from last nights food. I was strongly encourage people not to come here. And the problem is from the leadership on down. Food is not fresh at all. It’s easy to do the right thing but these people do not have a good heart doing the right thing is just not in them. Telling the truth is just something that they’re not good at.

You can tell this is a brand new chipotle where almost everyone is in training. The service was insanely slow (customers waiting to order while cashier is on her phone). The food was not up to standard . The chips were really stale and someone else came to complain after I had suffered through mine. They were out of ingredients and skimped on others. I hope that they get it together but until they do, the Qdoba just around the corner has great service, a larger selection, and better quality.

I wanted a keto bowl and everything I asked for in the bowl was aged! The employee even told me that hot salsa and beans was sitting there all day! And, in the bean pan’s were dried and He said nobody wanted this salsa that I wanted!! I had to ask for salsa on the side! Don’t go to this place after dinner time!! Every thing. Is old!! You owe me Sanford. My food with the Carne Asada was salty!!

One of the worst chipotle locations in Florida. Constantly forgetting drinks or a side for a kids meal. The ignore there drive thru line when there’s only 2 cars in line it take 30+ minutes to get your food. Love the brand but this locations staff needs some training.

I just had the ‘Honey Chicken’ and there was no honey, no sauce nothing. It was literally the same as the regular chicken. I even asked the guy about it, and he basically admitted it might not have sauce but ‘should taste the same.’ I was like… what? I’ve had it at other Chipotles and it was definitely saucy and different. I honestly felt like I got lied to straight faced, too! I just laughed it off, but come on… I paid for honey chicken and got plain chicken with a new name.
