Once the person at the register realized I hadn’t been helped everything was smooth sailing after that. (I do feel when 4 people around the counter there is no reason to not acknowledge someone with a hello.) However, what made it right. The person apologized. I really liked seeing the tables and seats being cleaned, the food being brought out. Plus, what I really liked in the middle of my honey packet and stick fingers they came by with hand wipes and mints. Then back and took my tray when I was done. Sending that person around with those gestures is chefs kiss. And the restrooms were clean and hand sanitizer was in clear sight.

They never disappoint with their great service: Probably the best I’ve seen in the industry. They got my order wrong and took care of it right away. I wish all staff members at every restaurant would take a page out of Chick-fil-A’s customer service playbook. I tried their pretzel bun for the first time today and it was very good. I’d order it again.

I had a terrible experience in the drive thru. This is hard for me to review because i never want to say anything bad about a young teenager working however The young lady who took my order made me never want to visit this Chick-fil-A again. I actually got out of my car and went inside to speak with the manager personally and he seemed to busy to listen. My food was great however I will find a new location other than the one across the street from El Camino College in Torrance.

I took my daughter to this location because the one in our area is closed. She said the food was good, but she was upset that instead of calling her name, they asked for it when she ordered. The employee shouted, “Girl in the black tank top, your order is ready.” She thought that was a bit rude since the receipt did have her name printed on it. Guess 14-year-olds get embarrassed easily. She now makes me drive her even further.

Love the food! Friendly service. For some reason though, I keep having a problem–like more than half the time–when I order a Chick Fil A Deluxe sandwich and I do anything like switch the regular cheese to pepper jack (or even Colby Jack, today), more often than not I get a Spicy Deluxe sandwich when I pickup. I always order online so it’s not a matter of mishearing my order. Hopefully this feedback helps somehow. Thanks.

Horrible Chik Fil a. Everything was cold and soggy, the line took forever, but the worst part – THE WORST PART – is that they ALWAYS forget the sauce! How?! How do you ALWAYS forget the ONLY thing that makes Chik Fil a worth anything? How do you forget WHAT I ASKED FOR IN THE ORDER?! I saw him select the sauces on the menu, so how do you forget them? AND HOW DO YOU FORGET THEM EVERY TIME?! It’s pathetic. I’m sick of wasting money on overpriced fast food and not even getting what I pay for. Avoid this place like the plague.

As most people have, I’ve been to Chick fil a several times before this. However this was my first time going to this location and I didn’t know it existed. Its a great location considering all of the food options in this shopping center. Thankfully this location lived up to the standard the brand has set. The service was great and my food was good too. I will definitely be back to this location now that I know its here.

I am very impressed by the owner and staff of the Chicki-fil-A. My wife and I often go out of our way to eat at this specific location because we know that the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Today, I am writing a review because I was surprised by the owner’s involvement in his location. Mark was personally greeting and delivering food to his guests. When I received my food, I realized that I had made a mistake and the order was recorded incorrectly. Mark took care of my order and replaced my meal immediately. He was warm, reassuring, and personable. My sandwich was prepared in seconds and returned to me fast than I could imagine.This location continues to prove itself as the best Chick-fil-A in Orange County.
