My son went to the Chipotle in Fern Park. He ordered 2 meals and both were only half way filled. He asked for a little more rice and was told no. There was another customer who also asked for a little more rice and they told her no as well. My son asked if there was a rice shortage and they said no but they can’t keep giving people extra rice. Both mine and my son’s food wasn’t even full containers so he wasn’t asking for extra rice he was just asking to fill the container. I emailed corporate and all I got was an apology email back. I asked for a refund or a gift card or something to compensate me for the very small portion size and they never replied back. I don’t understand where customer service comes into play anymore because that’s a skill that sadly is no longer utilized. We’ve never had an issue before with Chipotle but this was a huge disappointment. If you are going to charge so much for this food the least you can do is fill up the container. They used to be filled to the brim and my food was barely filled to the top line. He spent over $21.00 for barely any food. You got to do better than that Chipotle!

If I could put zero out of five stars, I would. We came over an hour before they closed. And their sofitas looked really dry and terrible so we asked if they had any fresh sofritas and the guy behind the counter was like “probably not” and then looked at the cook and the cook didn’t even answer him when he asked. And went well “what else do you want then?”. Very rude and terrible service, will not come back.

​I really wanted to give this place a chance, but after multiple orders, I’m officially done. Every single time I order via Uber Eats/DoorDash, the chips are completely stale. It’s impossible to enjoy the dip when the chips have zero crunch. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me every time, shame on me. Moving on to a spot that actually cares about freshness.

Went here for dinner gave us the drink inside that bag that was apperently a fountain drink so the cup was empty.we thought it was a bottle thats why we didnt notice. All the food was so cold and crunchy like it came from the fridge. Then it honestly felt like they used all the scraps to make our order. Definetly wasnt chicken like we ordered. They were still open for another 2 hours so there was no need for that. Even had guac on my kids bowl who is allergic to it. Went to corporate and still nothing done just im sorry.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The restaurant was dirty, especially the hot food line, which was visibly unclean. It honestly explained why the place was nearly empty.
The staff was extremely unprofessional. They were yelling across the restaurant and loudly complaining about their schedules in front of customers. When I walked up to the counter, the employee seemed annoyed, didn’t greet me, didn’t say a single word during checkout, and handed me my bag without any acknowledgment.
We arrived at 8:55 PM, and the restaurant doesn’t close until 11:00 PM, yet the staff acted irritated that we were there. They even made comments about the next customers who walked in behind us, which was uncomfortable and uncalled for.
Between the poor cleanliness, lack of basic customer service, and unprofessional behavior, this was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. I will not be returning.

Do yourself a favor and don’t order extra meat when you’re ordering on an app for delivering, they’ll skimp you on the meat while still charging you $8 dollars extra. So dishonest. I always get a large bowl so I can share with my 2 littles and I was so sad when I opened the container. Trust that I didn’t have a single piece of meat from that meal because it wasn’t even enough to satiate 2 small children. I expected more because I PAYED 8 DOLLARS FOR AN EXTRA PORTION.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could as I walked out and ended up not getting any food. It’s 730 on a Saturday night and there was 20 min wait because they had no rice and maybe 1 portion of chicken cooked… the hot line was disgusting. Messy things cross contaminated and food that surely looked past its 4 hour time stamp. This place is gross and doesn’t know how to operate during a dinner rush… don’t eat here unless you wanna get sick. I hope the state shuts them down soon.

Paid $31.51 for 2 burritos and a drink. Taste was fine, but the portions? Straight-up stingy. The barbacoa scoop was literally two tiny pinches like they’re scared to actually feed people. For that price, I shouldn’t be leaving hungry.

The lemonade? Tasted off — almost fermented, like the dispenser hasn’t been cleaned. That’s not just gross, that’s a health risk. Nobody wants food poisoning with their overpriced burrito.

Bottom line: food is okay, but the portions and drinks are not worth the money. Save yourself the disappointment (and stomachache).

I would give this location a higher review, but there have been multiple times that the chicken has been way too salty. I feel bad to post this because the staff is truly amazing at this location, but please correct whatever mistake is going on in the kitchen. It stinks to dig in to one of my favorite restaurants to realize it tastes awful that day.

As of late this location has gone down hill !! I eat Chipotle at least 3xs a week, and this location is the worst. For starters the store is basically ran by mouthy teenagers who make it seem that customers are inconvenience for coming to order food at a restaurant where they work. There’s no order with the staff and all have bad attitudes with the exception of a hand full. Second the food at this location is very bland I always get the carne asada bowl the rice has no salt, the carne asada did not have the spices or lime flavor they advertise and almost always it looks like they’re serving old food from earlier in the day in other words imagine not fresh dried out meat. They are very stingy with the ingredients as well. When someone is paying an up charge for extra anything give them what they are paying for not the hard. Also they are ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING!! I’m really done with this location I rather drive the additional 5-10mins out of my way to the other locations. Corporate needs to do an overhaul or visit this location undercover at different times during the day so they can see what we customers see.
