There were five of us dining. The food was ok, though the sirloin served had so much tendon/gristle in it and made it impossible to enjoy. Our other dishes were good.
The service was very good. On the upside, the waitress saw the gristle picked out, apologized for the steak and gave us a discount. We didn’t even bring it up, so kudos to her.
Overall a good experience. I’d visit again though I’d probably stay away from the sirloin.

Okay food – just had to wait a very long time before our foods come out. Our server for the day was pretty nice and attentive. Decent place overall.

I walked in on Sunday Nov. 23, 2025 @ 4:15pm
I got seated at a table. I waited a good 18-20 minutes before someone finally came up to me asking if i have been helped. During this time frame the host passed by me 3 times, as well as multiple waitresses without asking me if I’ve been helped. Sitting there with the menus closed, no water, for that long without anyone acknowledging my presence I just felt like I was completely forgotten about. I felt like leaving multiple times.
The restaurant wasn’t packed which would have made more sense. At least half of the tables were empty.
Afterward I asked to speak to the manager and she apologized and explained that I was seated without my waitress not even being in the building.
I did notice during this time frame while waiting that multiple employees were leaving. What seemed to happen, that I can make of it, was a shift change and I got lost in the shuffle.
I just want to say I really believe there should something in order to not let anyone feel left out or making someone feel not welcomed at that establishment. I wouldn’t wish that feeling on anyone!

Where do I start, first off I understand shrinkflation and I understand rising prices. What I don’t understand is getting three extremely tiny the size of my pinky finger quote unquote chicken tenders That only Wade less than a 1.4 Oz total TOTAL! On top of that around a cup maybe a cup and a quarter of cheap pasta that is supposed to be Applebee’s amazing dish. This four cheese macaroni did not have one piece of cheese in it it wasn’t string it wasn’t cheesy it was some noodles with a couple tables spoons of this weird white sauce that was runny and didn’t even coat all of the noodles. The breadstick was probably the only thing good about the meal. My wife got the all you can eat shrimp and chicken and riblets we were there for I think around an hour and a half because the waitress would give us so six shrimp at a time they were the size of a quarter and we had to wait around 8 to 10 minutes. Her french fries were not good they were not cooked correctly they were kind of soggy not crispy. Also there was dirty tables in the restaurant and honestly the entire night was just ruined by poor food. We paid about $40 for what should have been a much better experience. Or waitress was nice enough but my wife did not want me to complain. I tried to call and leave a message for a phone call back and it’s now been 4 days. It was also upsetting because there was only a few other tables in the entire restaurant that were full maybe 5 to 10% capacity in the restaurant and it was just really not a good experience, Really bummed out. I used to love Applebee’s but the last two times now we have been completely let down and neither time has it been fixed. I think I’m all done going to Applebee’s…. Almost $100 in food two different times in a row and absolutely terrible experiences

We were skeptical because of past experiences at other locations. This dining experience was above and beyond our expectations! Cole our server, was very polite and made sure we had everything we wanted. The food was very delicious! I would recommend the location in the Gateway mall in Lincoln, NE.

First, Priscilla was a great server. We came specifically because we saw an ad for the O-M-cheese burger that came cut in half and in a puddle of cheese. The ad looked like it would be liquid quesso that you could continue to dip your burger and fries in. This was not the case. What I got was a sprinkle of shredded cheese on a skillet that was burnt and stuck onto the skillet and made my burger stuck as well. I could not dip anything into this cheese. I was so sad. This idea was not executed well. Also the fries were soggy.

Ordered a 8 ounce sirloin steak, medium rare. When I got my steak, you’ve cooked pretty good on the edges, but when you got the metal, it was way undercooked. And I say 1/3 of the steak was full of gristle that could barely cut through with a steak knife. Order a second beer took about 10 minutes to get it and was almost done with my food by the time she brought it to me.

our server was nice but very sparse. Took 45-50 minutes from ordering to get our food as a party of 2 and was told only 10 minutes to be seated but took closer to 20. We were at this establishment for over an hour and a half. Unacceptable.

We had a window seating table which I prefer. The food was delicious and my steak was cooked the way that I like. The waitress was professional and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.
