I ordered a steak burrito with STEAK as you see no steak , I asked for black beans got maybe 6 beans all my topping on one side of the burrito it was filled to the maximum with clumps of rice I have never had something disappoint me this badly ! I don’t think I’ll ever go back not to mention i vomited after trying to eat this trash of a meal I’ll stick to moes or authentic Mexican places! Not to mention they forgot my vinaigrette and napkins and utensils that’s I ask for so all around poor service for me tonight

We ordered our food online with an 11:10 pickup. Food was not ready until 11:40 and was cold by the time we received it with missing ingredients. In the span of waiting at least 20 other people walked out as the line was not moving.

They leave ingredient out of orders constantly and they skimp out on all the ingredients they actually do remember, and I personally worked at a food chain like chipotle. It’s not that hard to give good customer service, this is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to A LOT. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on 9 mile or the one in gulf breeze, they actually take care of their customers.

Twice now I’ve gone and they have been completely out of one of the rices, one of the beans, certain salsas. There’s no food here because they’re always out of it. Tiny portions and long wait times. No utensils or juices, never stocked as seen in photo. The only good experience was when I came first thing in the morning and they actually had food. Disappointing overall.

Been here numerous times, it’s hit or miss. Staff is respectful. Sometimes they don’t have any ingredients which is very frustrating as I have to sit and wait. Had employee blatantly lie to my face about the vinaigrette that the ones in the fridge were expired, asked a different employee and grabbed it from the supposed spot where the expired ones were.

I am not a fan!! The only saving grace is that the service was so nice and friendly. But the food, the food was so bland, nasty, and just disappointing. This is the second time I’ve given Chipotle a chance and it will be the last.
I got the burrito bowl and the rice was nasty, and so was the chicken. The chicken was so dry and just ughhh. And the chips were so salty. Like they put the whole canister of salt into the chip bag. The queso was good and so was the green tomatillo sauce. That was the only good thing about my meal, sadly.
3/10, just not a fan at all and was not impressed at all.

Update 12/19/24: ANOTHER MISS. This is what they consider a standard bowl. They should be embarrassed from the food to the workers. Never have I experienced a chipotle like this one. I’m done with this location for good.
For a $30 meal of rice, beans and chicken, they should at least give you a regular portion. I ordered two double meat bowls and received half of a regular portion. Employee didn’t respond when asked several times politely for more. Whoever is working the 1:30 Sunday shift needs to be retrained.

This not about the workers its about the manager its only two chipotles in pensacola , meaning alot of customers during the day. WHY everytime i come they are out of ingredients its already not alot of options to CHOOSE FROM so once they’re out of something it makes you not even want the food no more , they didnt have “plain rice” but had cilantro rice…. Its annoying how the manager dont order enough food. Even the worker said HE DIDNT order enough FOOD they were out of beans i literally had to go home and revamp my bowl..manager needs to do better
