Burrito bowl- had a long hair that my wife got in her mouth.
Normal Burrito – with all the fixings- FINE! Other then I also found hair! Different color and length …. Like wth!
Guacamole- Pretty sure they spilled the whole salt container in it and mixed that stuff up anyway. Overall Chipotle is decent. This location is obviously pretty gross and careless. 64 bucks or so down the drain and in the trash!
Pepper’s it is!
As a first-timer at Chipotle, I was blown away by the bold flavours and generous portions! The service was top-notch – friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially considering my boyfriend’s gluten-free requirements.
The vibe might not be the most Instagrammable, but that’s expected from a takeout spot. What shines through is the speed and efficiency of the service. Orders are prepared quickly, and the ingredients are clearly fresh.
The build-your-own bowl concept is a winner, allowing you to customize your meal to your taste. It’s perfect for active folks like us who need an energy-boosting meal. The portions are generous, to say the least!
If I have one minor quibble, it’s that the tables could be kept a bit cleaner. However, it didn’t detract from our overall experience.
All in all, Chipotle is a great choice for a quick, delicious, and healthy meal. We’ll definitely be back for more!
On April 22, 2025, I placed an order through DoorDash for two burrito bowls from Chipotle. Each bowl was supposed to include:
Cilantro rice
Black beans
Double honey chicken (later changed to regular chicken and steak, per a call from the delivery driver)
Veggies
Extra extra corn salsa
Sour cream
Cheese
I ordered the following on the side:
Sour cream
Vinaigrette
Red chili salsa
Green chili salsa
However, when I received my order and opened the bowls, I was extremely disappointed. Both bowls contained only a large portion of rice, black beans, corn salsa, tomato salsa, and sour cream, no protein, no veggies, and none of the extras that I specifically selected and paid for.
This order cost me over $30, and what I received was nowhere near what I paid for. It felt like I received a pile of leftovers rather than a customized meal. To make matters worse, the store had already closed by the time I received the delivery, leaving me no opportunity to report the issue directly.
It’s incredibly frustrating to spend my hard earned money and receive such poor service. I have video and photo evidence of the order and will be reporting this specific location for unacceptable service and quality.
I expect to be contacted with a resolution or full refund immediately.

Thank you.
Everything dirty.
Not to mention a lady told the serving guy to “stretch out the meat” because she didnt want to cook any more. No veggies either. As you see everything dirty. I asked for them to clean a table for us and they cleaned just that table only and still left all the other tables dirty.
Go here if you want ecoli.
Lady on phone, talking too. She is the one who said to stretch the food because she “ain’t making any more meat”. Terrible. It was 8:30pm. Even if they close at 9. There is still no excuse.
Figured I’d edit after watching a video on YT about forgiveness and peace. I pray that these individuals find peace so they can do better at their jobs and show a little gratitude and kindness.
When we got to the counter, we were told they had no beans at all because they had given them all to a catering order. That’s completely unacceptable. If the store knows about a catering order ahead of time, they should prepare enough food so that regular customers aren’t left without basic ingredients.
At first the employee also told us they were out of barbacoa, but another worker immediately said to just grab some from the other side (the carryout/DoorDash line). So apparently it was available, the employee just didn’t want to bother. Yet somehow no one could do the same for the beans.
The service was also incredibly rude and careless. The employee threw ingredients into my bowl so sloppily that lettuce was hanging off the sides. It felt rushed and like they simply didn’t care about the quality of the food or the customer experience.
I ordered a kids meal for my son, and the quesadilla was left in the burner so long that it came out burned. To make it worse, they didn’t even give us the rest of the items that are supposed to come with the kids meal, as if they completely forgot about it.
Running out of core ingredients, serving burned food to a child, and acting dismissive toward customers is unacceptable. This location was disorganized, poorly managed, and the service was extremely disappointing.
