Pretty disappointed in my time with picking up my food in-store through UberEats. I’ve attached my receipt for proof, but my order contained no pinto beans, and it had white rice instead of brown rice like I ordered. I was in a hurry to check for rice and beans since I was trying to make sure I got the extra chicken like I requested on the order. I ended up just eating the food in a frustrated hurry since I already got back to my work after leaving this Chipotle, and I couldn’t go back to return the food.

Tried this recently opened Chipolte location today. The chicken bowls were delish. Freshly cooked chicken and fajita veg. Very clean inside restaurant and very friendly helpful staff. It was a little chilly inside but there is outdoor seating as well. We will be returning soon!

This place used to provide solid portions.
It now does half scoops on EVERYTHING.
Literally every single topping. I don’t appreciate having to ask for more on every single scoop. Many don’t know how to wrap burritos either, they try to do a pita wrap. Please fix both of these items, ASAP, or I’ll just go to Moes, which provides solid portions and better pricing.

The restaurant was clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. However, my experience at the counter was disappointing. When I scanned my rewards for chips and guacamole, Nicholas did not provide them until I specifically asked. When he did, the items were thrown across the counter rather than handed to me, which felt unprofessional.
Additionally, I ordered a burrito and the tortilla had an unusual texture and taste that reminded me of play dough, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Overall, while the cleanliness met expectations, the customer service and food quality did not.

Seems like Chipotle is not actually training their cashiers properly as stated in the other reviews. I had a younger girl proceed to tell me that you have to purchase something to redeem a free entree through the app? Free means free right? Apparently not to her. It turns out she did not know how to properly operate the simple computer screen… The online ordering is also always behind on the guaranteed pick up time even when they are empty. This ultimately falls onto management for not staying on top of these matters. The food is the only thing this location has going for it…

Placed a to-go order. I eat chipotle quite often – favourite quick, healthy meal. Guac was half the normal serving and I doubt there was the full double chicken amount in there. Don’t order mobile – seems like they take advantage of the fact you’re not watching them prepare your meal. No qualms with the restaurant but do not order meals online. Go in person if you can.
