Came to this chipotle on my lunch break from work. Ordered a bowl, was advised that the chicken would be another 4 minutes, waited with no hesitation or issue and returned to work. I sat down to eat my bowl and was met with RAW chicken. Thankfully I don’t get too much on my bowl so I was able to see it after moving some lettuce. I went back to advise them and the manager quickly without hesitation offered me a refund or a remake. The cook remade the chicken but did not have on a hair net and the chicken was not thoroughly cooked a second time. I opted for a refund and left

Before I got to the cash register, I was watching how the girl (brown skinned w/braids) on the register was interacting with the guest. She was unpleasant to say the least; throwing bags with food items in them like they are her car keys. I asked for a mini bag of chips, she gave me a large one. I ask where to scan my phone to redeem my reward, I can barely hear her reply. It was obvious she just wanted me to swipe my card and go! She ask me “would you like anything else?” back to back, not giving me anytime to think about the additional items I might have wanted. I guess my replies weren’t fast enough for her.
I was in the restaurant today on November 13th, 2025 around 2:30. Sucks that my food was good but my service was trash! This location is better than the victory one, just not today customer service wise.

On 12/18/2025 I was eating in the restaurant with my daughter and her godbrother. A lady entered the store in a wheelchair & asked an employee for a menu to which the employee said “we don’t have a menu, people just look through the glass and order what they want.” WELL SHE COULDNT SEE THE FOOD THROUGH THE GLASS BECAUSE SHE’S IN A WHEELCHAIR. so i politely asked the lady if she wanted some help & started telling her what meats they have. THEN the employee started listing the options that I didn’t mention even though she could have listed all the items in the first place. so I tell the lady that i would help her if she wanted to order something. of course she wants the quesadilla that you can ONLY order on the app, but the app wasn’t working. so i go back to the counter to ask what can be done … one guy says she can order a kids quesadilla, one lady tells me to go to another store to use their wifi as if that’s the issue, (AGAIN THE APP wasn’t working, not my phone) finally another employee tells me i can order on the website & that’s what i did. i can assure you I won’t be going to Chipotle again and will tell everyone else not to go for the way they treated someone with a disability. If you’re in a wheelchair, you can’t see the food items AND the store is not wide enough for someone in a wheelchair to get through. we kept moving chairs and the employees were just standing there useless. i’m highly disappointed & this is why Surcheros is always my first choice they have more food & veggie options anyway.
This was at Chipotle in Savannah, GA 31406 318 Mall Blvd. You won’t catch me there again & I’d suggest you stay away too

I pick up lunch from here often, my order is always on time and someone is handing it to me. Whenever I have a problem with my order they work fast to correct it with a good attitude. This Chipotle is a longer drive for me but worth it!

Typically I never have an issue here but this visit? Not anymore. You can tell the female manager doesn’t care and wants to pay more attention to her kids than guests. She was rude and argumentative. More suitable for McD if you ask me.

I normally eat here in some way or fashion atleast twice a week. Its my favorite place after working out. The manager was rude and disrespectful. I asked to put Green Tabasco on my burrito, and she came over and said no they cant do that. I let her know they have always done that for me, she tells me not at that store they haven’t. I let her know that its the only store I go to, and they have every single time, and she told me no, they never have, that I was wrong. If it weren’t for her being so disrespectful, and telling me I was wrong, I would have plbought my burrito, and would still go there. Now I’ll never go there or order from there again.

ETA this review is 4 years old and I accidentally bumped it up fixing a typo lol. Have not returned to re-review. Have had better luck at the Victory location.
I’m not usually one to write bad reviews, but this is the most consistently horrible chipotle.
They have only done mobile orders for the last few times I’ve been there in the past few months and you have to wait outside until someone decides to check on you every 5-10 minutes while my food has probably just been sitting there getting cold. At least let people come in to grab their food off of the shelf.
Today they were out of chips, forgot the guac on my bowl, and the portions were not what I paid for. Got 3 pieces of chicken in this taco, a few pieces of cheese, and literally a drop of sour cream.
There has to be a serious issue with management if this location is constantly understaffed. It was at least sometimes good when you could go in to order.

The staff was great and helpful. Some of the food was slight cold from being pulled out of the fridge and being leftover from last night. My advise always wait for the initial rush to go so you get fresher food. The only reason they got a 4 is due to the cold food. But their new Garlic Guajillo steak is so dang good. A definite must try on your next visit.
