I rarely give a bad review, unless they really earn it. Well, they earned it today. Tried it for the first time today and I am not impressed at all. The food is bland and very overpriced. I paid $23 for a bowl with meat, beans, sour cream, cheese, rice and a side of queso and chips. The queso was literally the worst I’ve ever had, and I’m a queso connasuar. 90% of the chips were over cooked and stale. And to top it off, while I was talking with someone about the queso sizes, the girl making my “bowl” slathered it in guacamole, which I did not ask for, and put the lid on my food before I saw it. Then charged me $2.65 for the guac I didn’t even want. Granted that’s not a bad price for the amount they piled on, IF I HAD WANTED IT. I scraped the majority of it off, but still. The only good thing I have to say is that they did put a hearty helping of meat in the bowl. Worth $23?? Most definitely not. The floor and tables were very dirty and unappealing, which is why I got my food to go. Lesson learned, I will not go back. I much prefer Moe’s or even Taco Bell, in all honesty. I would have only given 1 star, if not for the gentleman behind the counter who was very helpful with my questions as a first timer.

To be a chipotle, it’s a miracle this place has stayed open and is allowed to be run the way it is. They are out of peppers or rice 80% of the time I go (which is frequently). If I order online, my bowl is always a disgrace in comparison with any other location. I ordered online the other evening, schedule pickup was 7:50. I arrived at 7:52. The restaurant is supposed to close at 9:00. The entire store was closed with to-go orders sitting on the shelf and on the counters and customers standing outside. No sign other than “online orders only” which also happens frequently. Store is usually a mess. This location is a joke.

what didn’t go wrong in this restaurant for one the restaurant is very dirty. The floors look like they need mopping and when I say mopping like you can actually see all the dirt. that accumulates overtime and the customer bring in when he walked through the door The people that’s making the bowls are not sanitary The guy that was making the bowls. Stopped to go in the back to get a soda bottle out of one of the soda bottle cases in a pack came back didn’t change his glove and reached in the lettuce and put it on someone’s plate . He Did that twice while I was there the uniforms don’t look clean there’s food all over them and I understand it’s a restaurant, but to be honest, it looks like their uniforms weren’t washed. And they just came to work with the same thing on that from the day before, I have experienced this twice they also got my order wrong. I ordered a veggie bowl add chicken and thank God I didn’t decide to go home and eat it. When I open my plate to my surprise, there was no chicken the whole restaurant just needs a total cleaning. The employees need a class.

This place is terrible. The bowls always look terrible. The guac is never fresh. Anytime you order online if there is an issue it is a he said she said between chipotle and door dash. Then it is your fault and you have to wait on the refund. The manager doesn’t know what he is doing. He definitely does not know how to keep business.

When you enter the restaurant you are welcomed with a fresh appetizing smell of goodness. The food is really good a lot to choose from. However the restaurant itself is always empty and the trash is always overflowing and it’s not a really welcoming place where glad your hear. However the food makes up for it.

I love chipotles food but this location always has bad service, they’re slow, rude and usually get the order wrong. Every time I go, something is wrong. This time I ordered my usual meal and when i picked it up they forgot the chips. I asked the girl behind the counter and she very rudely said they were out when there were bags behind her on the wall. She then said I could file for a refund on the app. The app did give me a free chip for the future but I did not want a free chip I wanted my money back.
