This is not only the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to it’s honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had, period.
I have a long list of issues, and I’m not someone who typically complains, but the repeated problems here are unacceptable.
The employees are consistently rude. On one visit, I ordered and PAID for glass bottle Cokes. I sent someone to pick up the order, and they forgot the drinks. When I drove back to let them know they were missing, I was passed around to multiple employees who tried to tell me to call an 800 number for a refund and then we were accused of lying, even after the employee who forgot them admitted it. I literally had to call the cops because they were refusing to give me my cokes at all.
Since then, it’s always something.
On this most recent visit (see photo), I paid almost $3 extra for what amounts to about a tablespoon of guacamole, then this 12$ burrito that’s half the size it is at other Chipotle’s with maybe 2 fork bites of chicken on it. That’s not reasonable.
This location seriously needs to get it together. The only reason I continue to go is because it’s the closest somewhat decent option near my house but the service and consistency are incredibly disappointing.

I placed an Uber Eats pickup order and arrived exactly at the scheduled pickup time. The app indicated that my order was ready, but when I got there it was not in the designated mobile pickup area. I asked the employee at the counter if it might be elsewhere in the store, and she told me they were behind on orders.
While I was waiting, the manager locked the doors from the inside and announced that they were only fulfilling mobile orders. Several customers who had walked in were turned away and left. The manager repeatedly told customers they were understaffed and behind.
Shortly after, another employee arrived. In front of customers, the manager questioned why she was late. The employee responded flippantly, saying, “I can leave now if you want,” which led to a shouting exchange between staff members. Watching employees argue openly in front of customers was unnecessary and unprofessional.
I waited inside for well over 30 minutes in what was clearly a chaotic environment. It eventually turned out that my order had actually been completed the entire time, but was sitting in a non-designated area in the back of the kitchen. No one seemed aware of where completed orders were being placed.
I understand that staffing challenges happen, and I try to be patient in those situations. However, this felt less like being busy and more like a complete lack of organization and leadership. There were no visible systems in place to manage the volume, communication was poor, and professionalism was essentially nonexistent. The employee I initially asked about my order also appeared to do literally nothing during my entire wait, which only added to the confusion.
Overall, it was a surprising and disappointing experience. This location felt poorly run, and I hope management takes steps to improve both operational organization and staff professionalism. Don’t believe me? Check the cameras!

We had an excellent experience using Chipotle to cater a lunch meeting. Everything was ready on time, and they took
great care to check and double check that it was all there. It was very nicely packed up in a way that was really easy to transport. The staff were friendly and even offered to bring it out to my car. The food was a big hit at our meeting, and it easily fed our group of over 20. Ordering was easy, and I would definitely use them for catering again!

I cannot believe what I saw when I open my burrito bowl. This is half way empty. It seems like the employees were going to pay from their pocket. Beyond unacceptable. I feel robbed. I want my money back!!!!!

If I could rate this place a 0, I would but the Google review system will not allow it. The employees at the chipotle treated me, my husband, and 2 young kids like garbage. The employees were clearly not getting along in front of us. They couldn’t agree on whose job it was to take the order and they said they were out of chicken when I could see it behind them just waiting to be cut. They then took 30 min to cut the chicken that they were “out” of and then continue to not take our order because they couldn’t agree on whose “job” it was. One employee stared at us and instead told my 6 year old to “get her hands off the glass” instead of taking our order.
Stay away from this place to the best of your ability if you want to be a respected customer and human.
As said below, having food prepared and serving customers should be a priority.

Went in today to give them a second chance after a disappointing visit when they first opened. I left without ordering and will never go back to this location. I wanted a vegetable burrito. After checking what was in the line(which really wasn’t much) I noticed they had no vegetables made up. Most of the containers were scraping the bottom. I asked one of the employees if they would be putting out more vegetables. I was told eventually, but only one person was cooking so it wouldn’t be until they got to it. This location is poorly run. Don’t waste your time, go to the Pooler locations. This location deserves a zero and the franchise owner should re examine how his store is run.

Just to add to the portion complaints. I ordered with double rice, double beans…this was uneaten and you can see almost NO rice or beans but what seems like double corn? What a joke, will just look up recipes and copy Chipotles menu. Reached out, but of course they just want you to fill out forms and can’t talk to anyone at chipotle.

not only was the staff unkind, the register has apparently been ‘shut down,’ for who knows how long so orders are only coming through online, which can take awhile to mess around with. based on reviews i’m gathering it’s been shut down for a minute now. after we finally ordered online, i went to ask for a water cup, which i have been doing at chipotle since i was 5 and they truly told me they “don’t do water cups.” that is the first and only time ive heard that at chipotle. and i only feel so critical because i work at a restaurant myself, and not a single thing like this would be allowed. after we got our food, the bowls were half full and rice had absolutely NO flavor whatsoever, couldn’t taste lime or salt. not a single member of the staff had a sense of urgency, and i encourage anyone considering this chipotle to simply STEER CLEAR.

Not a good Chipotle experience. Like many others, we found a very dirty and poorly kept store. The assembly line for the food appeared as if it had not been cleaned for a long time, and the workers kept dragging the food bowls through the mess getting sour cream and cheese all over the bowls they were giving to the customers. I mentioned it to the cashier, and he indicated he had “been in the back”…not sure what that had to do with the mess. The meat portions were skimpy despite having instructions next to the assembly line that described providing “heaping spoonfuls” of meat for servings. The tables were dirty, the floor was a mess, they ran out of chips, no utensils, most of the lemonades were out…and this was at 8pm with 3 hours of service left on a Saturday night. Very disappointing experience. Based on our visit and many other reviews, this store’s owner needs to take some action to get this location back on track. If we lived near by, we would not be back.
