Every time we come here, no one greets you. In fact no one even speaks to you if you’re at the counter. Most times people just look at you, ignore you and keep talking to one another, or you’re asked what you want with no smile or a tone that lets you know they do not want to be there, even if you’re polite and courteous. It’s Chipotle; consistent food, but it’s really the service why we won’t return. Not sure if the owner here also owns the one at Mill Creek, if so, they may not even care enough to make a change. But the night staff definitely need a real adult on duty who can teach real customer service. This last girl who took our order didn’t say ONE WORD to us and we had to wait for her to put her apron on and clean the counter before she helped us. There is ONE young man who usually works the register and HE is the ONLY one with any customer service. HE is why we gave an extra star.
The star rating here is definitely true for nights. Not returning to this location, ever.

The people working there shouldn’t be. The young girl was very rude and at 8pm she wouldn’t give me fresh veggies because she was too busy and I was the only person in the restaurant. The food portions were terrible and everything was over cooked. I just saw all the negative reviews about this store and can’t believe nobody has done anything about the food quality and service. The only food thing is there is another one down by Tanger outlet and they are definitely better hands down.

Okay so boom… I placed an online order and amazing service. Diamontre is the best online person ever. He always makes sure everything is in my bag, and my food is right. His conversation is always a delight. His jokes are super hilarious. The manager Lilly is also a delight. She is hilarious also and his beautiful eyes .

My recent visit to Chipotle was quite disappointing. The place clearly needs better management presence to direct the personnel. The tables and counters were dirty, the trash cans were overflowing, and there were no napkins at the stations. While the food was okay, the black beans were unexpectedly spicy, which my husband did not enjoy at all. This is not a place I will be visiting again.

This store was so dirty and nasty. There was trash everywhere. The drinks were all out. The drink station was in disarray. I tried to tiddy up some. The employees were goofing off and playing. When your store is dirty, you should make sure it is clean and presentable. Then you can have fun. But in the food industry restaurants should be clean and presentable, this is a health department regulation. The food was not fresh or hot. I was very disappointed and will not be going back. Corporate really needs to look into the state of this restaurant.

Just left without our food 1/2 way through ordering after waiting in a decent long line- O should have known when I saw an absolutely disgusting looking kitchen with food all over the floor. Then tried to order and they were out of cheese, lettuce, corn salsa, lettuce, carnita meat and the steak they had looked absolutely disgusting. Their GM needs to go in immediately to figure out what tonight’s staff is doing….bc we know what they aren’t doing!

I ordered a cheese only quesadilla (that comes with guacamole) and they didn’t want to give it to me. They still refused even when I showed them my receipt. The rest of the order was correct but when I pointed it out to them, they got defensive. Drove away with no guac. The Chipotle by the Oglethorpe mall has such better service and quality! I will drive out of my way next time to avoid this location.

When entering location we thought it would be better than the other Pooler location on Pooler pkwy . My oh my were we wrong this one is probably worst. Food bins low to empty when asked for items that were missing tall black male with glasses appeared to have an attitude about going to get items instead of restocking bar. He had what seemed to be a very nasty demeanor and no customer service. Bar could have a used a wipe down. Lettuce was old and wilted, when he retrieved another lettuce container he slung it so hard in the bin and threw container top on counter I’m wondering did get really want to work today. White young girl was sitting at a table with another younger black guy doing paperwork and playing talking on the phone. Ladies in kitchen and another younger black man behind the counter appeared to be the only ones that were working and attempting to clean up. Dining room tables weren’t cleaned we had to wipe it down before sitting down. Both locations need better management and maintenance on the staff. From my experience the store should have even lower rating than a 2.4. Will not be revisiting location. I’d rather take a chance at another one.

This may be my tenth year visiting this store. I have never been that disappointed with it. it got no cheese , no corn and chicken. And that is after my long wait until I am at the counter. At least put up a sign notice other people ahead.
