Food was good, great food at the middle of a trip up to Athens. Got 2 standard chicken bowls for the ride up.

I’m actually impressed that this chipotle was decent enough on their opening week. However the queso was not very hot and the chicken tasted burnt. I understand it’s there first week, and the amount of people that showed up probably made it difficult to keep up and despite all that the service was not bad. You could tell everyone was under pressure so hopefully this chipotle will get better overtime. Overall I was not disappointed, and happy I don’t have to make the drive anymore. I would suggest adding more parking spaces however.

Dinner was mostly sufficient. The portions of the ingredients in the Chicken Bowl were not what I’m used to at other locations. We were the only people in line and waited 2 minutes or so to be helped. They could use more hands in the lineup. We never saw anyone out in the dining room cleaning tables.

We waited 24 minutes in the drive thru just to pick up an order that was already placed. When we finally got the food, the portion was extremely small, like a child sized serving. On top of that, it was supposed to be a veggie bowl and they had a piece of meat in it. Very disappointing experience overall.

The food was okay overall, but the chicken was way too salty. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but the seasoning really overpowered everything in the bowl. The service was decent and the place was not clean, but the flavor just missed the mark today. Hopefully next time the chicken is better balanced.
Also there’s no shade in the entrance of the line to order and the sun hits hard around 3-4 pm so I would recommend some type of shade is uncomfortable for the clients and employees.

This chipotle isn’t ready to be open. They need a lot more training. They were out of items. I got very little barbacoa beef in my bowl because the tongs were too hot for her to handle and there was very little in the container. Their lettuce was brown and when I asked for a little of the hot salsa she poured a full spoonful on it. The manager wanted to redo it but at that point there were 10 people waiting behind us so I took what they made and fixed it at home. I’ll wait a few months before I try them again. Hopefully they improve.

Have been here at least 6-7 times since they’ve opened. We have NEVER had issues with portions sizes, I’m sure it depends on who is making your bowl. Only 1 time they were out of veggies but they were making them and I only waited a few extra minutes. The car drive through line has been very fast, it’s not a true drive through so you must order on the app. Every once in a while the tables aren’t getting cleaned, but I’ve never been to a chipotle anywhere that really excelled at this. We have been extremely satisfied with the flavors and seasonings. The parking situation is not good and will only get worse with the townhomes and apartments going up nearby. Not sure what the thinking was there.

I went to chipotle around 9:50 to order me a burrito and go to add topping and am told they don’t have shredded cheese by girl making my food and then another girl tells her to grab it from back so seemed like laziness! I’m not even person to leave reviews but i was disappointed! I waited to check out for multiple minutes just being looked at by other employees when i was only customer at that moment ! One girl finally takes my order (seemed to be in charge) i got side of queso and chips and chips are stale completely but i will say food it self is good!

It doesn’t matter the location of the Chipotle it’s the same situation. I went to this new Chipotle today hoping for a different experience because I actually do like their food however my experience is always bad with the person prepping your food. While waiting for me to place the remainder of my order the server brushed white rice from the counter into the white rice bowl. That’s disgusting because I just ordered white rice for my kids I don’t know how many times she brushed the white rice from the counter into the rice bowl prior to me arriving and ordering. If something falls on the counter it’s garbage you don’t proceed to serve it to others.

This location is fairly new but it definitely needs help. The staff seem unbothered by everything and the food quality is quite lower compared to others such as the one in Oakwood or the ones in Buford. This one doesn’t seem to have great management and could use better people ordering inventory. 12/23/25 I waited 20 mins in line before being helped and they were out of black beans, fajitas, and chicken. Major downside.
