1/4/25: Went in to treat myself to Chipotle after a long weekend of work (customer service & hospitality industry myself, mind you). There were a couple customers in front of me, no problem, and two employees staffed.
The young working the night shift was AWESOME. Hustling, both prepping orders and running the register. 5/5 stars.
The young woman on the other hand…. 0/5 stars. Lazily walking back and forth, glued to her phone, and clearly checked out of reality.
She was asked to checkout customers on the register, and barely responded.
Ended up waiting an extra 10-15 minutes due to her lack of work ethic- nonexistent.

My husband and I love chipotle and was very excited for this chipotle to open. We put in an online order spent $30 and had to wait 25 minutes plus. When we finally got a person that gave us our food, he was very unprofessional and said what’s up. Not something you wanna hear after waiting 25 minutes plus. Finally got home and was very disappointed with the portion of food in our burrito bowls. Probably won’t go to this chipotle until they get it together. I would not recommend.

When I came in a lady right away came to help me but I heard at least 2 people in the back messing around yelling, laughing… Some dude on the floor
The one helping me was so nice and knew what to do not the rest were useless. It was so dirty no one was cleaning anything they need to fix it

The chipotle in Elijay is honestly so pathetic. I remember being really excited about it opening up considering I used to have to drive an hour and a half away to get chipotle then it came to Elijay and took an hour off of my drive time. But honestly I’d rather drive that hour and half than have to deal with incompetent teenagers who have THE WORST attitudes I’ve ever encountered. Don’t order online because 9times out of 10 they will give you the wrong order and then ask “why didn’t you check the bag”? Um hello why can’t you do your job?! The portion sizes wouldn’t even feed a five year old, prepare to keep repeating “a little more” when you order. They close at 10pm but you’ll see them throwing out food and doing closing work at 8:30. Staff sucks, portions suck, environment sucks. Management needs to reevaluate their employees and hire with some common sense.

We were so disappointed!! We have been wanting to try it, really really bad!! The steak meat was so hard and not chewable!! My guacamole and sour cream was on top of the dry meat and when I started taking the dried meat out of my bowl all the good stuff was on the dried meat!! So it all got thrown away! And that was extra $. 33.00 in the trash!! It was our first time going to a Chipotle and our last..it you like to eat meat tuff as shoe leather this is the place for you

Got some food to go and ended up getting one of their food bowls absolutely terrible hard to choke it down. The meat is over season rice is dry. Would’ve been happier with McDonald’s and that is Something I never choke down either. when you’re paying good money for food that taste like this is extremely disappointing. for a town that doesn’t have many food options I expect better. Hopefully somebody that cares will see this And their food will get a major overhaul. Not good when your reviews aren’t past three stars that’s crazy.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. Unfortunately, the staff seemed completely disinterested in providing good customer service. When I asked for a modification to my order, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a general sense of apathy.
The food, which is usually reliable, was also subpar. My burrito was underfilled and lacked the usual freshness and flavor I’ve come to expect from Chipotle.
What really took the experience from bad to worse, though, was the utter lack of concern from the staff when I politely brought these issues to their attention. No apology, no offer to fix the problem, just a shrug and a clear desire to get me out of there as quickly as possible.
Needless to say, I won’t be back to this location anytime soon. Chipotle, take note: a little bit of customer care can go a long way.”

same fate as Moes Southwest Grill in the area. at this point you have to think it’s the quality of people working these jobs since these are chains, so good quality should be the same from one location to the next. Too bad really. filthy interior of a brand new restaurant. ppl standing around not busy and tables with trash and food on them. subpar food.. Taco bell next door so far seems to be better quality.

We aren’t local, so if course we had to stop and try it on our way home from Atlanta. This was a first time for both of us. We both got the Chipotle honey chicken; a bowl for me and an enormous burrito for him. The tortilla chips were alright, but not worth the price for 2 bags. The flavor from the main dish more than made up for it though. The portions were insane, we both got 3-4 meals out of each, so it was definitely worth it in the end. Thank you to the team that was working that evening for making our first experience a good one.
