Yes, the line is always long..countertops and seating area are always dirty. The bathroom needs cleaning. HOWEVER, the food I purchased on multiple occasions has truly been surprisingly fresh and delicious .

Came to this Chipotle at 9:45 PM (they close at 11:00 PM), and they had already stopped cooking. Staff said, “This is all we have left,” and refused to make more food. No fresh toppings were available — only rice, chicken, beans, and sour cream. Multiple customers were turned away while employees in the back made it clear they were done for the night — over an hour before closing.
It was obvious they were trying to close early, yet still charged full price for a barely-filled bowl. No discounts, no apologies, no professionalism. For a location that’s usually popular and reliable, this was extremely disappointing. Highly do not recommend — at the very least, they should serve what’s advertised or close the doors when they’re done.

The employee put very little meat, like half a spoon, and I was surprised. I said, “Why so little? Other stores put much more.” She told me, “If you want, you can buy extra.” I think Chipotle should have a standard for this.

Don’t go to this location. They are always busy and careless. I stopped by after class since it’s nearby, even though I live 25 minutes away. Once I finally got home and sat down to eat, I found a piece of plastic inside my bowl. That was the last straw for me. I will never go back to this location again.

Very uncomfortable experience. There was barely any chicken left, not even a full spoon. When we asked if more was coming, the employee said about 10 minutes. We agreed to wait, but instead of handling it professionally, he became angry.
He raised his voice, was rude, and even shouted while asking another employee if there was chicken, showing a very aggressive attitude toward everyone. He also said he wouldn’t give more chicken and that my boyfriend would have to take the same plate even if it got cold.
It’s disappointing because this could have been handled calmly and politely. Poor customer service.
Two more people left with us because all the personnel was being rude to all the customers.

I wish zero stars was an option. I am a Uber Eats driver who arrived at the restaurant for THREE orders. I was immediately approached in the lobby by an older black female in all black clothing. She’s was asking if I was there for an order. I replied yes and continued to wait in line. She proceeded to take the one bag I had saying she wanted to check what I was doing. She is very rude! She ever introduced herself as an employee, manager nothing. If this is the type of characters that you allow to work here, I won’t be back for any reason.

This Chipotle is disgraceful. Went here in the evening. The parking is atrocious and dangerous. The attitudes of the employees are despicable. Especially the mixed girl with the earring in her nose and tattoos everywhere. You would think that a popular place such as Chipotle would be fully stocked and ready to serve their customers. On a busy night, you’re out of meat, beans, etc and then have the nerve to skimp on servings because you dont have enough. I spent over $60 and received eyes being rolled, body language awful, snickers and sneers when you ask to wait on the chicken being cooked in the back. The guacamole top layer that they pulled out of the fridge was dodo brown and Ms. Attitude tatted girl just mixed it all in. Their chips were stale. The dining room was disgustingly dirty. They were out of certain drinks and had absolutely no ice. The girl with the big gap had a just as bad attitude but she was a bit nicer than Ms. Attitude with tattoos. She has very bad customer service and should not be on the Frontline of a busy place if she cant get her attitude in check.

I would sincerely like to request that the authorities or management in charge of Chipotle franchises visit this location undercover to experience and confirm the poor customer service being provided — not to mention the taste of the food, the portion sizes, and how consistently dirty the restaurant is.
Yesterday, Tuesday, February 24, a man with very thick glasses was behaving in an extremely aggressive manner, yelling at everyone.
The situation made me very uncomfortable — I ended up leaving my bowl at the counter and walking out.
The cashier, a young woman, also looked visibly uncomfortable.
In conclusion, if people don’t want to work, why even show up?

I’ve visited this location 2 or 3 times in past 3-5 months, and each time I’ve been completely disappointed. This wasn’t because of the long line, chaotic parking, or even the fact that they almost never have every menu item available, but disappointed because the employees on the line have the worst customer service you could imagine. I understand that some customers may not be pleasant when ordering their food under such circumstances, but that does not make it okay to take out your frustration on every customer in the line who is just coming to order their food and go about their day/night. I really hope these employees can get proper support and training so that they can be successful beyond the current positions that they’re in.
