Went for a quick dinner and left disappointed. As soon as we sat we noticed how filthy it was. Multiple tables not cleaned and the table they sat us at wasn’t even clean, we had to ask the server to clean the table.

I never tried Buffalo Wild Wings but I wanted to give a try and it disappointed me really. I ordered crispy southern , mozzarella sticks which I must say they don’t made it all , it was just heated frozen food with lots of preservatives in it !! I went to restaurant before the 10 mins as given and I found food was cold and I said it’s cold but representative said it’s hot but after requesting she microwaved it and given back!! Chicken is not really cooked well , sticks don’t have cheese in it (bitter taste) , even Mcd and Burger King make better than you !! Sorry but really disappointed! (PS- Also, not good for health , lot oil and preservatives)

We did an online order on a Sunday night that was supposed to be done at 9:10. We got to the store on time to find that our order wasn’t ready. We waiting 10 minutes until our order came out and it was wrong. We order 30 wings all flats and we got 20 that were mixed. We waited another 30 minutes for the rest of our wings (still not all flats like we wanted). We even talked to the manager which obviously didn’t help since it took 40 minutes for us to get our incorrect food. The original 20 wings we got were cold by the time the rest were done. There was one girl working the counter and 5 other people also waiting for food. Terribly slow and bad customer service. Needless to say, we are not happy.

The experience at Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) was underwhelming. Pros the food was ok. The waiter was nice and responsive. Cons, the traditional wings I got where Parmesan Garlic wings and the wings were drenched in the sauce, I had sauce laying at the bottom of the tray. The major things was the when we arrived the hostess did not speak up and we were not able to hear her even after we asked her to speak up. This may not seem like a big deal but when we are trying to decide where to sit we have to be able to hear. Overall not a terrible experience but could be better with proper vetting of employees.

Went out To eat where my son wanted and he ordered the honey barbecue wings they gave him mango habanero 4th hottest wing they have and completely ruined his experience. He put the whole thing in his mouth swallowed half spit half out. I proceeded to not believe him so i bit into one and completely ruined my meal too. My mouth was tingling for 1 hour after i ate it. They were so hot! They didn’t comp the meal. They replaced his wings with honey bbq but he was too scared to eat them. He has acid reflux it should have been taken more seriously.

Omg this place has went down hill! It’s not often I leave a restaurant upset. You could tell on our faces how upset we were and somehow our waitress ignored the signs. It all started w a fly in our drink! A fly! Do you think it was take off our bill? No! She made us a new one. And totally made this old fashion drink WRONG and the Moscow mule was made wrong! And it cost us $9!! Crazy!! The Long Island was warm!
