This was my first time at this location. I got the soft chicken tacos. As usual they were stingy with everything but the lettuce. My tacos were good though. They must have been busy because everything looked a mess. They were kinda slow but I would go back to this location.

After traveling I placed a drive-thru pickup order. Burrito bowl all my preferred toppings, sour cream on the side and chips with guac. Arrived to my destination and was in disbelief by what was given to me. Sour cream on the side filled with other food particles that I couldn’t use and to top it off I bit down on a sliver of a bone! Attempted to reach out to inform Chipotle provided my order number, location and time only to get a responses stating I must provide proof of purchase or my bank statement! I ordered online through Chipotles website as usual and my screenshot showed my card info from my purchase that is saved on their website…..no assistance could be given because they demanded my bank statement to prove I actually paid for my meal…..needless to say I will not support this company any longer.

This has got to be the worst Chipotle I have ever been to, and I travel often and eat Chipotle in other locations. This location is consistently bad, as I have given them multiple chances thinking that it was maybe a personnel issue or just an off-day for them. The rice is always undercooked and wet, the individual grains of rice are crunchy. They add no cilantro or citrus to the rice (which is a staple at Chipotle). Most of my ingredients usually end up missing, last week I received a bowl of ONLY rice with tomatoes after ordering a Sofritas bowl with guacamole and all toppings. I tell everyone to avoid this location – it is not representative of the Chipotle brand and doesn’t come close to the other locations that I’ve eaten at. It’s an embarrassment for this location to even have the words “Chipotle” on the building. My only thought is that this location is run by one of Chipotle’s competitors in an effort to damage the brand name. Do yourself a favor and go to any other location besides this one.

Please order ahead! This location needs better communication and signs. I arrived at about 7:30 to place a to-go order only to find out the drive through is for pick up only. Then went in side and was told they were not accepting in person orders even for to-go. That I had to order online. Overall I spent 30min just waiting around to only have to go some other place because of no in person orders.

I have never seen so many YOUNG women with attitudes at work in my life lol. The two working the line and the cashier on 4/11/23 at 6:30p need to go ahead and quit if they are truly that miserable serving- and trust me I get it. The cashier literally looked like she was about to hit me because I asked her for a bag with handles vs her trying to stuff two bowls and 4 side cups of veggies in a regular burrito bowl small bag . The line was FILTHY and the line worker with the spider like eyelashes and braids picked up a piece of veggie that fell off the spoon onto the dirty counter and put it in my bowl. There were plastic cups that spilled inside the queso and the line workers acted like they did not see it. Another worker came from the back and even asked “did you all seriously not see the stack of side cups just sitting in the queso?” To which spider lashes replied with a smart ‘nope’. They were out of steak and when asked if any was coming up the answer was ‘not no time soon’. I was trying with this location bc I really do understand tht food service is not a easy job mentally but these little little girls feed off of each other. 2 ppl walked out and I promise you they were moving slow on purpose. With 6 ppl in front of me and two walking out .. it took me 24 minutes. Owner needs to restaff or shut this thing down bc with how dirty the store and staff is plus the attitudes.. wiping their faces and scratching braids with gloves on ..somebody is bound to get sick or slapped.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I am not sure what kind of chicken this location uses but it’s not the kind I’m accustomed to eating. The pictures don’t explain the fatty, chewy, slimy and unusual bristle pieces through out. By the way, the customer service here is -0. Saturday night around 7pm on 11/12/22, workers on their phones, yelling at each other. I really miss the times when Chipotle was a go to grab and go with complete satisfaction.

For this location to be so close to so many residents I had high expectations. Kids run this place. There’s one or two of the crew that are really good at what they do. But the night shift after 3pm… the service and cleanliness here goes out the window after 3pm.
