This place is trash I asked for a quesadilla with a side of rice and side of sour cream and these worker put sour cream over rice?
Oh they also can’t place orders for “adult quesadillas” so I had to step out and order through the app just for them to make my order? Why can’t I place the order inside if y’all just going to make anyways? Rice isn’t fully cooked either when is rice supposed to be crunchy? This location food is trash anyways just like the workers attitude.

Exact reason why i will always pick Moes experience overall was lacking. gave it a chance because its in walking distance. nothing against the workers just the food was meh. the fact that the topping selection is like 5 things, the fact that they charge for chips and the salsa. Moes has a salsa bar you get to chose for free and their topping choices are far superior. I had a free guac for my birthday me not liking guac asked if i could sub it they said no. overall bad experience but thats what i get for going back expecting better.

Chipotle on Chapel Hill is the absolute worst restaurant and if I could give them 0 stars I would. First I arrived right before 10pm and ordered a bowl and closing time is 11pm. The food was all cold so I asked for my toppings on the side and mentioned that I would have to reheat it when I reach home. The staff said I would have to pay for each topping separately. One staff said $1.15 each the other staff said $1.60 each. I mean what’s the actual price ? So I asked for a manager. The manager on duty named Edwin had the nerve to say they stop cooking meats by 6pm & he mentioned that was the policy, which is 5 hours before closing. Which means they are selling old food for the remaining 5 hours daily. The staff also agreed it’s no way this can be policy. They were also out of ice so they gave me literally one cube. I am definitely disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment moving forward. I think the toppings should have been free as an inconvenience. The manager should have been more accommodating. Then to top it off they gave me a bag with no handle to secure my meal. It’s 0 ⭐️’s for me.

I ordered a kids’ meal with rice, beans, and chicken, but what we received had no chicken, and the food looked exactly like what’s in the picture. After seeing this, I can understand why their reviews are at 2.8. Honestly, they should shut their doors as quickly as they opened them if this is how they operate. This isn’t even fit for a stray dog!

The location was out of the grilled onions when I ordered. I asked how much longer it would be for them. They told me 10 minutes. After 25 minutes I asked if they could tell me when they would be done because I would have left initially if I had known how long it was going to take. The man turned around walked over to the cook, never answered me and kept working. After a total of 30 minutes I left. I never leave reviews but I am almost in tears at how much time I wasted with no apology whatsoever. All he had to do was tell me it was going to be a long time and I would have left, but now you have wasted all together 45 min to an hour of my time. Will not be back.

Once you’ve placed an order (even if it’s at the wrong place) they WILL NOT refund you online or over the phone. And you can’t call the store directly. The automated system won’t let you through UNLESS you say you left your purse, then it will push you through. However, they still won’t answer. Plus the meals are $20 each. I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card and NOT RETURNING. this is ridiculous. Moe’s would never do me this way lol

This Chipotle is so hit-or-miss. If you order ahead and opt to pick-up at the drive-thru you still will have to wait so I don’t even know why they have a pick-up window. Every time I go here they’re out of something and the employees are the absolute slowest with no sense of urgency.
The good thing about this location is that their food is usually fresh because they have so many customers. One of the only places in Douglasville to eat if you’re vegan.

Eventually I hope these reviews catch up to you all. This is by far the poorest service I’ve ever experienced. Actually, I’ve never even seen an established restaurant with such a horrible rating. What action are you taking to rectify the issues here? You direct people to fill out a complaint and promise to let the staff know. Clearly, they don’t care. Nothing will please me more than seeing these doors closed for good because they consistently can’t even open them on time.

Hire adults not rude teens that have no desire to work or provide quality customer service! The employees there are rude and it’s so crazy because Chipotle usually has pretty good workers. The food is inconsistently good and the only thing you can truly rely on getting at this location is bad service. Just gon head and eat the food at the house

It’s giving incompetent. I don’t mind waiting, even with an advance order, or the less-than-spotless food displays. I can even overlook running out of certain meats well before closing. But what’s really frustrating is consistently receiving incorrect orders when I order ahead. I’m not sure if it’s a reading comprehension issue with the staff or simply a lack of concern, but it’s happened repeatedly. It’s frustrating because I often don’t check my order until I’ve left. Chipotle, not everyone needs to franchise.
