I haven’t had chipotle in many months and this is what I call a great comeback! I ordered a rice bowl and it was really good. I typically do the drive through pickup and it was very efficient. Thank you and keep up the good work!
This is an add on here we are Jan 13th 2026 and the food is consistent! I have the bowl with double Carne asada (it was free double protein day) with corn sour cream and cheese and I finally decided to try the Chimichurri and wow chipotle has a hit ok their hands it’s so good!

Amazing Experience! Line was extremely fast polite workers always there when I need em and the food was just right filled me up hahahaha and they had a drive through I’ve been to so much chipotles but this one will always have a special place in my loving heart that’s 158 beats per minute but I feel like this delicious food slowed it down but my throat was faster next time I go to this chipotle I’ll RUN at 158 MILES per hour ❤️

This Chipotle has mostly young people working here. I was beyond pleasantly pleased with the service that I received. The people who prepared my 2 burrito bowls to go listened attentively and fixed my bowls as requested. They were patient and pleased to complete my order as placed. The servers were very nice and polite. They all had very good attitudes. They were quick and accurate with my order. Will definitely visit this Chipotle again. It’s kind of out of the way for me, but I will make that drive.

While eating, I bit into what turned out to be an acrylic fingernail inside my food.
I stopped eating immediately, took photos and video, and returned to the store. The person claiming to be the manager processed a refund but showed no apology, no concern, and no indication that the incident would be reported to corporate or food safety teams. This lack of care for a serious contamination issue is unacceptable.
I have since reported this to Chipotle corporate and the Douglas County Health Department for investigation. Customers should be aware and exercise caution.

Anastacia (the girl with the blue braids) was absolutely amazing! I came through the drive thru Thursday night and she was very sweet and had such a great personality from the moment I was helped. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and made sure everything was handled properly. Even though she was clearly busy and juggling other online orders, she remained patient, attentive, and kind the entire time. Her customer service truly stood out and made the experience so much better.

I went a few times before, but my most recent visit was on Veterans day. The staff was warm and politely. Thoroughly completed my order and keep a smile the whole time. The food was great. I got a chicken and steak bowl.

I visited on a Sunday a little after 5. The line was wrapped around the corner of the restaurant and was not moving very quickly. I waited for about 8 minutes before I reached the counter. I wanted a barbacoa burrito, but they were out of meat and it would be 15 minutes before they had more. I decided to try the carne asada and was disappointed because it was not as tender as advertised. They were also out of fajita veggies and I did not see any sour cream. Half of my burrito was exposed and the worker proceeded to slide it down the counter after his colleague asked if he needed another piece of foil. I had to ask him to wrap it in an additional piece of foil. It was pointless because as you’ll be able to see from the photo below it was not wrapped well. This was my first and last visit to this location. The inside was not clean and there were no napkins neither forks out. The cashier had an attitude. The gentleman on the line was pleasant and apologetic, but when you’re hungry hearing what you wanted to eat is not available is not good. The customer ahead of me left in the middle of his order because there was no barbacoa. Very disappointed with my experience.

Horrible experience. Cheese everywhere. I have food allergies, so I tried to tell the employee my needs: I have dairy and gluten allergies. She says: We don’t have anything gluten free. I was floored! Are you kidding me?! I told her, Chipotle is known for being food allergy safe, and she rolled her eyes looked down the line and said: maybe I could get you some vegetables or something. NO WAY. FORGET IT. (Pictures don’t do it justice, it was a MESS.) Do NOT eat here if you have food allergies!
