Scirocco – sorry if I spelled that wrong after all this was autocorrect’s version. Great kid! Great attitude greeted me with a smile and I actually felt welcomed. Even though they were clearly busy, he didn’t look frazzled at all. Stayed in a good mood and greeted customers like you would expect to be greeted someplace that they actually want you to be.

Went in here and never got the food that we ordered when others got theirs after we ordered and I going to assume it was an employee not sure because no uniform was on had gone behind and made his own food and helped himself to other stuff while paying customers waited. Worst A&W I have ever been into. Sad part is that when it first opened up it was great but now its bad service and unacceptable practices are going on. I took pictures of the kid going back there too but it wont let me post those.

Watched the manager on duty take old cheese curds off the order rack put some dill seasoning on to give as my fresh made order. When I said something it was oh well.

if it could be a neg 5 i would put it. waited 25 minutes for order, i saw my fries and onion rings put up 10 min before the other food. the chicken strips were good, but my mushroom onion burger didnt have onions or mushrooms on it. i asked if my fries and onion rings were cold, was told oh no. so i pulled thrm out of the bag and they were bareley warm. i left them on counter since two employees were arguing that they were hot. they dont care, and wont until standards are upheld. i have tried calling theyre area supervisor, nothing back yet.

I do not recommend visiting at this time due to the slow service; the person who ordered after me received their order more quickly. Additionally, I would advise against ordering the fries, as they are excessively salty.

The ladies that work at this restaurant were completely rude and slow. They had our floats sitting on the counter for 27 min without calling our number or taking the time to find out who ordered the drinks. They were not wearing hairnets and one lady had hair down to her but and easily could have dipped into the fryer. I was completely disgusted with how we were treated. Never again will I go into this establishment again.

Lady working on making drinks and floats was rude. She kept bringing us the wrong thing then would role her eyes every time we told her that wasn’t our order. She needs to be fired. Very rude and none of the staff new what was going on. Avoid the walmart A&W in rapid city at all cost.
