I would give zero stars if I could. Our salads were essentially saladless. Four pieces of spinach. Tacos were missing meat and cheese. Quesadilla missing meat. Most importantly, the lettuce was brown and slimy. The staff today should be ashamed for what they prepared!

So good!! Chipotle in Cartersville is fantastic! I don’t understand why the ratings for this restaurant are so low. I have visited twice now, and each time the food has been consistently great. I can’t complain at all about the quality and taste.

This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed with this restaurant.. This isn’t about the meat portion it’s about the girl that made my bowls was rude, she put more beans n red sauce instead of others stuff and when I asked for more sour cream, cheese & corn she gave me the look like I was annoying her.

This place looked dirty the minute we walked in. Tables filthy, trash overflowing. I told my husband I wanted to leave but he wanted a steak burrito. We both had steak burritos. Gristly meat. Uncooked brown rice. No free chips with meal. No sauces out. Almost 7 pm. We’re the only 2 ppl in store now. 5 ppl working and I don’t think the manage has a clue how to run this place except into the ground!

I eat chipotle at least 5 times a week, usually daily for lunch in Kennesaw, did a pickup order last weekend in Cartersville for 3 meals, got home they all had to be thrown in trash. Food was cold, chicken was hard chewy like it was 2-3 days old, Chipolte refuses to give me my money back even though I spend thousands per year, so im moving on and wont ever be back to any location. I contacted them through the app 3 times, social media (no response) and by email 3 times, they offered me a bogo as resolution which is laughable. Also notice how they cant be bothered to respond to reviews both positive and negative, shameful

After 7 hours of driving, this is what my kids requested…so we stopped! Ugh. Bathrooms were disgusting and the door didn’t lock. The salad bowls were mid…not much salad, even after being very specific that these were salads. The chicken burrito…again was mid. The cilantro rice was very bland, and actually kind of mushy. As for the amount of chicken…skimpy. The staff was not friendly. RBF. The two staff members seemed irritated to be working. Not a good experience.

This chipotle really disappointed me. The food was dry and lacked flavor. A couple of the sodas were out and informed them than proceeded to eat my meal. It was no big deal I can pick another drink but 45 min later the sodas were still out.

We left before being helped due to how rude the closing employees were to the customers infront of us. In addition stores cleanest has gone down hill since the last time we were in there. Not somewhere I feel comfortable eating. Filter out the rude employees they are bring the whole team down.

I would give a zero if possible. The Cartersville location is always disgusting! Trash is always piled up, the food is everywhere and mixed together, the tables stay dirty. It has been this way since opening and requires major improvements. I t is ran by a bunch of non caring teenagers. The grill is dirty. Sad because has not been open long
