Disgusting what I just paid for the smallest portions I’ve ever seen given at ANY chipotle. The manager was hostile, even though I tried to be a nice as humanly possible. I do not recommend wasting your money. If I could give a 0, I would have – and I’ve never ever left a review in my life because I have worked in the service industry for 20 years and know what a bad review can do. I know this Chipotle is in college town, which can be hard because they STAY BUSY.
Shut them down if you can’t afford to be in a college town, or at least find managers who can talk to people.

Ordered on the app tonight. The portion sizes are ridiculous. $12 for this and a bag of chips. They didn’t even give me sour cream. Had to add it myself at home. Ridiculous!!!

DO NOT COME HERE! The food here is terrible. Not even exaggerating. The portion size they give is little to none so every thing u say you want u have to ask them to put a little more. An even then they will give you the littlest amount. On top of that the food doesn’t even taste good. Been here 4x and got chicken and the chicken either taste very chewy and very hard and has no taste. It’s never perfect. The rice is ALWAYS under cooked so it’s hard. Worst of all. One of the older employees coughed disgustingly into there hands and then proceeded to touch mine and everyone else’s bowl after. I HIGHLY suggest you go to the chipotle near the mall towards the beach. It’s way cleaner. The food taste way better. And you actually get your moneys worth of a portion

Absolutely the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. This location honestly needs to be shut down. If this establishment has any positive reviews, it’s likely because staff are writing them themselves.
I’ve been here no more than six times, and every single visit has been a different negative experience. From homeless individuals in the parking lot asking for money, to the inside of the restaurant being absolutely disgusting, nothing has improved. The rice is never fully cooked, and the overall cleanliness is unacceptable.
My most recent visit was the final straw. I went through the drive-thru to pick up an order and sat there for over five minutes watching an employee with blue highlighted hair and glasses (name: Z) playing on her phone. When she finally opened the window and I gave her the order name, she retrieved the food and literally threw the bag at me. I then sat there again for a couple more minutes (watching her play on her phone) before she returned and asked, “What else you need?” I informed her I was missing the drink I had already paid for. She began huffing, puffing, and rolling her eyes over a simple request.
Another employee, Melissa, was the one who ended up getting my drink while Z continued playing on her phone. I politely asked Melissa for the other employee’s name due to how rude the interaction had been. Before I could even leave, Z look at me then Melissa and asked “why she want my name?!,” I told her bc she was so rude! then proceeded to curse me out.
After sharing this experience with my roommate, she confirmed this location has a terrible reputation around CCU. She only went once herself and found a fly in her burrito bowl.

The food is really good especially the chicken and rice bowl with queso cheese is my favorite. The service is super fast the line could be to the door and you’d only have a 5 to 10 minute wait the seating at the window is really nice but I don’t like the seating in the middle of everything like people waiting in line getting their food ect but, there is outside seating outside as well which is really nice. The Food and service is really great here.

Ordered online. Picked up the food, and realized that I didn’t get what I paid for. Took the bowl back and asked for it be made how I ordered it. Rude girl with blue hair came to the window, told me she gave me what I asked/paid for without even looking at the bowl, and proceeded to tell me to call to get a refund. I asked to speak to a manager. She came back and said “I just called her and she said I am the manager tonight.” She then proceed to SLAM the window in my face, lock it, and play on her phone. I went inside and there was a manager on site, who was not her. I still couldn’t speak with the manager… don’t waste your time with this place.

I usually do not write reviews, but I am continuously underwhelmed by this establishment. To start, I ordered online while my friends ordered in person. My friends walked up and they were out of chicken, steak, and brisket. The five minute wait for chicken turned into 20. My friends started eating and realized something was off with their meals, lettuce was bad and chicken was burnt. I was at this point still waiting for my food 30 minutes since I had ordered and 20 minutes since it said it would be ready. When I finally received my meal it was missing salsa and black beans, basically a mixture of cheese and sour cream. I was appalled. Not to mention the disgusting utensil station, completely out of everything, ice tray and trashcan overflowing, and they were out of juice. I’ll update if this trip results in food poisoning (i have a good feeling it will!)

The young girl with the glasses in charge of putting the stuff in the bowls today was very disrespectful and was not passionate about her job at all. She was rushing through everything extremely fast even though there was no line and hardly put anything in our bowls without having to ask for more.

The filth was disgusting. I did get pictures of what I could without making a spectacle of myself. If you could imagine looking at what I’m showing you here, you could only imagine the grill and the food station on the grill in the back. Everything was burnt and smoking. The food station was old and crusted and had not been wiped down at all. It was very unsanitary and absolutely disgusting! All of the employees were young kids, and there was no adult supervision, which to me means that there was no manager or owner present. As a business owner myself, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Always dirty tables, portion size is super small even if you get double portion of meat. They throw one barely full scoop and do it so fast so by the time it lands in your bowl it’s halfway empty. If you start complaining they offer you to double the portion and throw another halfway empty scoop at your bowl. According to the restraints policy, double portion of meat should exceed 8oz, their portion in best case scenario will be 5-6oz. Management not super friendly either, overall pretty bad
