Close to 100 years in business for GOOD REASON. People have been telling me boulevard drinks is a staple of Jersey city—I can see why!
There signature chili cheese dog is a classic, and it’s delicious. It’s simple yet flavorful. Good prices and good people. Recommend this spot for a quick eat.
Thank you guys!

Very easy location to find, right across the street from the Journal Square Path Station. The spot has nostalgic bar stools and countertop for dining in. There’s also a take out window to order from if you prefer your meal to go! I ordered a plain dog with mustard and two spicy sausages – one with mustard and one with homemade chili, sweet onions, and mustard. The hot dogs were juicy and delicious, and the homemade chili was savory. The spicy sausages are a must if you visit! Boulevard Drinks is a staple for hot dogs as comfort food in the Hudson County area. Their service is extremely hospitable and friendly, highly recommend visiting!

Love coming here for the chili n cheese dogs with an orange drink! I’ve been coming here for years and I’ll continue to do so! Parking is a bit of a pain.

Great tasting hotdogs! 100% beef
I ordered 3 hotdogs with 1 topping each (homemade chili, sweet onion and sauerkraut). All of them tasted delicious, but the homemade chili sauce was out of this world, must try! Great atmosphere and service too! Great for quick bite or even a snack too.

I saw Boulevard Drinks on Rob Martinez’s Instagram, and I was excited to see how close it was to me. It’s what you want from a hot dog spot—friendly service, solid toppings selection, and (considering this economy) good pricing for a non-chain hot dog. I got a sweet onion hot dog and a cheese dog on New Year’s Day (after a long night), and it healed me. I’ll be back—I have to try all the toppings!

This is my new favorite Hot dog spot. Fried not boiled like they suppose to be. Took me back to my childhood when we went to Coney Island b4 Nathans franchised. Sodium content is high but delicous. So us older people should only go on ocassion

I’d love to give this a 5, and I am going to go back and try more things to see if it does become a 5, but for now just based on the one dog I had we are going 4. Stopped in here super briefly with my son because we hadn’t eaten in a while and were running around so needed something fast. We both love a good dog, and I had been told to come here many times, so we stopped in. Very small spot with a service window outside and a counter for maybe 8 people to sit. Huge griddle where they were working many dogs at once. If you got the red onions, I’m getting them so I went with red onions and mustard. I want to go back and try the chili and some other things (like all the drinks I got yelled at for not trying).
The dog was great. Nice and snappy, good flavor, love the onions, steamed bun. I wish I could say more but I will need to plan another trip in. For now I can comfortably say Boulevard Drinks – Didn’t Suck!

prices in this place are ridiculously high. no way in hell I will ever pay for a hot dog in this place now. growing up I used to go here a lot. but no way in this day if time. I refuse to pay 4 dollars for plain hot dog. one hot dog with toppings can run you 5 to 7 bucks what the hell is going on here. I can buy a pack of sabrett Hot dogs & hot dog buns for that price. I’ll have eight hot dogs instead of one. just because the first we feast did a video on your store doesn’t give you the right to raise the price of a hot dog to what u made it
