This was easily the most depressing lunch I have had in a long time. There was a line of at least 20 people, largely because the restaurant was out of both chicken and steak. That alone set the tone.
When steak finally came out, the portion was laughable. Barely two ounces on top of a small scoop of overcooked, crunchy rice. There was essentially no meat. The rice was poor, the portions were unacceptable, and the overall execution was sloppy.
Service was also rough, with the exception of the young woman at the counter who clearly recognized how bad the situation was and tried to help. She was the only bright spot in the experience.
To make matters worse, I watched the manager checking food temperatures and removing items from the line because they were not within acceptable ranges. While I appreciate food safety, this clearly points to operational and management issues that should have been addressed before lunch rush.
Management needs to improve, staffing, prep, portion control, and overall execution. Not sure I will return to this location. One star today.

2-27-26. I was greeted by a women yelling across the store that her system was done. And she was only accepting online orders. I sat and place my online order. For the prices and small amount of food received. My rice was hard. Chipotle you need to do better with food quality and customer service.

This is one of the top three worst restaurant experiences I have ever had in my life. I think it is an embarrassment to Chipotle and I think it reflects poorly on the brand. We placed a delivery order only to have half of the food missing the food that was delivered was cold and had hair in it. My wife and I drove Back to the restaurant to try and get help and to get the remainder of the food. When we arrived, we found out that they were out of chips. They were out of chicken. They were out of guacamole, just about everything there was food like lettuce and chicken, littered all over the floor with a bunch of employees standing around the employees were rude and disrespectful, and the manager on staff acted incompetent and was not even remotely helpful with anything, he walked up to me like a deer and headlights look with his hands in his pockets and told me I could not get a refund for even the chip so they did not have to provide us for our order nor a gift card or any other creative way to help. He offered absolutely nothing and clearly the store was poorly managed because it was incredibly dirty. They were out of everything and the manager could not provide any help whatsoever. I would never recommend this Restaurant to a friend or family member I would in fact I would be embarrassed to have a friend or family member eat at this restaurant.

This is starting to be one of my first choice for a quick lunch or dinner!! I would have marked it higher, but I did not! Reason?? The chip machine along with the soda fountains were down on more than several occasions. The wife and I, were out of town, and we did not feel like driving all over, so, we settled here.

I usually like Chipotle, but this location has really gone downhill. Every time I come in, they’re either out of white rice or just about to run out, which is frustrating since it’s kind of a main part of most bowls and burritos. The staff seem nice enough, but the consistency just isn’t there. I’ve started going to other locations because this one always feels a bit disorganized and the food doesn’t taste as fresh. Really wish they’d get it together because it used to be a solid spot.

Wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Came at 9:20ish and they close at 11… looked a hot mess. Looked at me crazy when I came in to order food! Told me up front they’re out of many things… white rice, CHEESE, other things… so cheese is very important to a burrito bowl (for me) so I asked if I could have queso in place of the cheese. Had to have a manager to come tell me they would still upcharge me… ??? There are like 5 employees there, not ONE customer and I asked calmly “You’d rather no sale instead of giving queso in place of shredded cheese because YOUR inventory is out? And no cilantro lime white rice. Disappointing because I’ve been seeing the Al Pastor commercials but it looked questionable inside anyway. Been to Chipotles all over the country, never seen it like this! Would say it was an off day but looking at the other reviews maybe not…

Me and my children at here on Feb 11, 2026 around 6pm. We have felt sick to our stomachs since we started driving home. Something was wrong with your food. I noticed many of the meats were dried out when I was there so we had Carnitas, brown rice, pinto beans, salsa, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. It is usually worth the money and it’s the first time we have ever gotten sick from Chipotle.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this location. The dining area was dirty, and the food prep/ingredient line area looked filthy. The ingredient options were also limited and not fresh at all. The employees looked like they didn’t even want to be there, and the overall vibe felt icky. The worst part is this isn’t new, I’ve been here a couple times and it’s always the same. I honestly regret spending money here. This will be my last time I’ll be visiting this location.
