Had lunch there with my wife and son. Food tasted good and the service felt like the employees were there because they had to, no smiles, no “hello” or welcoming service. Felt like there was no pride in doing a good job, just there for a paycheck.
The dining area was unkept. All tables needed cleaning off, trash cans overflowing, floor needed swept and the bathrooms smelled and looked like an outhouse at a state park.

An employee picked up my lunch today since I was busy at work. The burrito bowl was delicious but the portions for the cost was trash. She had to ask for more rice. I paid extra for guacamole and barely got a tablespoon. I also ordered large chips and the amount in the bag was shameful. It looked like the bag they give kids! It costs too much money for them to short change you on portions.

The service was horrible yesterday. And the guacamole looked like poop from a 6 month old baby. What’s the issue with managers hiring people who don’t have a desire for work or be of service to others. That’s the feeling I left with after that interaction.

The dining experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was very dirty, creating an unappetizing atmosphere. The staff were unfriendly and unapproachable, making the experience even worse. Our chips were overcooked and overly salty, while the guacamole was not only excessively salty but also contained pieces of avocado skin, which is unacceptable (see attached photos). This lack of quality and attention to detail is shocking. Cleanliness, food preparation, and customer service need serious improvement to meet basic expectations.

Chipotle is my first stop when I’m in the mood for some quality Mexican food with quick service. The online ordering is very convenient, and I have the luxury of ordering a meal to my specifications at work, and being able to grab my bag and be on my way in about 10 minutes. The burrito bowl is my favorite, the service is friendly, and the store is typically well kept.

I had the worst experience here, I ordered a bean burrito, and chips with queso… well… that was disgusting. My bean burrito was spicy and it seemed like the black beans were just stuffed into the burrito and it wasn’t easy to eat at all. Also the queso was spicy (another spicy queso experience with two restaurants so far…)

I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I waited about 15 minutes for my order, which was already frustrating, but what made it worse was the portion size and the fact that i had to ask multiple times for extra. The servings were extremely small—honestly closer to cat-sized portions than what Chipotle is known for. For the price you pay, you expect reasonable portions and better efficiency. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this visit fell far below expectations. I hope management addresses both the long wait times and portion consistency.
