I told the cashier that I was using a coupon, and he replied “I gotchu bro”. Then when I received my receipt, he never applied it.
I went back and asked to use it, and he brought his manager. Tracey (the old, curt, rude lady that all the other reviews are talking about) told me that I would have to get a refund, then pay it again if I wanted to use the coupon.
I said “Yes, I can do that”, then she replied “Really?? All this over $3?”.
She then judged me and said under her breath “You people (I’m Asian for context) are such penny-pinchers”.
I cannot believe how rude Tracey had been to me. I absolutely adore Chipotle; it’s my comfort food and my favorite post-workout meal, but I will never return to this restaurant after what she said to me.

The inside looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. There was food debris in the drink cooler, tables were not wiped down, trash cans were overflowing, no napkins available, and the floor was extremely dirty. They didn’t have any of the new Carne Asada meat prepared, and when we said we would wait for it to be cooked, the staff acted as though it was an inconvenience. The cook was cutting chicken but refused to switch over to steak. They were also out of chips and made no effort to prepare more, again treating it as if it were too much trouble.

Would give zero stars if I could. Walked in just after 8pm (store closes at 11pm) and it was a disaster. So unclean with food, napkins everywhere. There was a huge line of customers and only 1 employee working the service line. He was working his butt off while another (useless) employee stood at the register and didn’t help at all. They were out of so many things and started telling people to just leave because they were out of food. How are you out of food when you have 3 more hours of service? Will never go back to this location again. Do better

Jill the new GM is great and trying to turn it around. Was super helpful with an issue I had through the app that the automated support pepper was zero help with. Jill did everything to make it right and was a pleasure to chat with. Can tell she really cares; was even there on her day off. Naya, the shift leader, was great too.

This place could use some new management. Constantly on “online orders only” or out of things because of “equipment issues”. Even when they are taking orders on the line it’s the slowest location I’ve ever been to. Little to no basic customer service skills at all. Most of the people working wear ear buds and don’t respond to questions at all. Just not a good location at all.

It’s unbelievable messy I’ve ever seen. Nothing are cleaned as what it supposed to be. All the employees were just “standing” there and waiting or just act like it’s their home type of mess. Ugh… when I asked them about why waiting for other to finish what they doing while there’s a lot of area that need a full attention. They gave me all the mixed reactions from silence to laughing moods. Nothing to bed responsible for them to meet the standards of cleanliness. I’ll never go there ever again until they change it around.

Gave this chipotle a second try after a bad experience a couple years ago – long line, messy tables & kitchen, rude staff. This round we encounter a long line as only 1 person is preparing food at the counter, the kitchen is still a wreck, multiple customers have fallen out of line due to the wait & now they’re out of Guacamole??!! Bright side, I didn’t see any palmetto bugs. I’m sure this location is having trouble staffing but a few signs for what you’re out of and a focus on who’s in front of you would help.
The staff seemed nice but didn’t know how to ring up my order – I had to tell them it wasn’t enough. Watch your step trying to get a beverage!

Did an online order for a bowl and salad. My bowl was cold and thrown in and looked tossed together, my wife’s salad was already like this when we grabbed it from the store
0/10 the absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to and it makes me sad that management probably won’t do anything to change it

I wish there was a way to leave zero stars. Took them 45 MINUTES to do my mobile order. Absolutely ridiculous. I think there were 25 people waiting for their orders. No one took order to get shit done. I think all these people should not be working there. NEVER GO HERE. The ladies making the bowls were just laughing the whole time and there was a whole other station they could’ve spent time making mobile orders and they didn’t. Worst service I’ve ever had.

I love chipotle, but when I went in there and it was turning people away because they ran out of food, that is not good business. The restaurant was filling online orders and stop servicing the people that walked into the restaurant. Double poor service. This location was on Savannah Highway be leery of that location. The manager was very rude when the one of the employees was trying to help service a customer was arguing with him because he did not turn me away she evidently does not know how to manage her location.
