This is horrible look at this they hardly put anything in this . I guess because it’s being delivered that they don’t need to make it right or the way the do when you pick it up when you are there watching them . I paid almost $44 for this . I would have been embarrassed to send this out . Unbelievable I am not happy at all I order extra chicken and everything this is not at all the way you should be treating your customers. And so they redid my order after receiving it for the second time didn’t get much better . They might want to retrain the employees at that location extremely disappointing service and food quality. Something needs to be done about this . And if you look at other reviews seems like it’s happening way too much to other customers using their hard earned money on poor service and poor quality of food .

Food was very disappointing, not near closing time for it to be not fresh, the steak was raw in the middle and the rice hard and highly salted. Threw it away, ruined my dinner and appetite for something fresh.

This chipotle has great service! I’ve never had any issues they always serve great food and good portions! They also do the “TRIPLE BURRITO” that is shown on tic tok 2 notch chipotle does them ! They were actually excited to do it….it was fun and good! I know it doesn’t look like much however I’m 6’6 1/2″ and my hands are BIG….this thing makes my hands look normal LOL do not be fooled….it’s a monster for sure!

Went to Chipotle on Two Notch Road in Columbia SC. All the tables were dirty, floor was not sweep. The food was ok.It was T 4:00 afternoon. Not very busy. This place needs better training or management. Out of plastic ware and napkins. When we left, all but one was standing at front talking. Not good environment.

Just left this location. The worst! The lady who made my bowl was literally scrapping the rice bin when I ate my bowl of course rice was crunchy. Flavor was decent. The staff definitely had the attitude of McDonald’s workers… Just nasty. I spoke to the cashier she didn’t speak back. Everyone seemed annoyed. As high as food is, I’ll make this at home and won’t have to deal with the attitudes and the food will be better quality. Will not be back! So overrated. Maybe Chipotle is better in big cities. This one ain’t it!

This was the worst Chipotle I have visited. Poorly managed! Waited in line for more than 30 minutes because the manager had to switch back and forth from working on the line to manning the register (with 5 employees). Then when I told her I wanted black beans on my burrito not red, instead of telling me they were out, she gave me a smart Alec answer. They were also out of chips and the restaurant needed a good cleaning. All the time I stood in line, I was glad to see one thing, an employee washing his hands so well it would have made a surgeon proud!

Please find totally new staff for this place starting with management. I went in and stood in line for about 1 min or so and nobody was in sight except a cook. No greeting or anything. After about a little over a minute 2 girls come from the left side behind the wall, a girl comes in from out side to the register and the “manager “ comes from behind the wall on the right side. It takes them another minute or so to get in position. Still I received no greeting. The first thing the manager says “ we are out of tomatoes & mild salsa” … long story short they skimped on all the toppings even when I asked for double meat, charged me for guacamole and gave me sour cream instead and they were out of chimichuri sauce. I paid over 57 dollars for a subpar meal. Very disappointed. AVOID THIS LOCATION-

I walked in and they had no chicken no steak. Which is basically nothing to eat. They weren’t even going to make more. The lady told us they were out…but it wasn’t even that late to be out it was only 4/5pm. I’ve been here plenty of times and the staff can be pretty rude. Almost as if they don’t want to be there. I usually don’t leave reviews but I’m just fed up with terrible service.

Hands down the worst experience that I have encountered. I ordered a salad with kale and baby spinach among other things for delivery. Upon arrival, there were no napkins or utensils and the salad was made with iceberg lettuce. I notified customer service and explained the error and was told they value me as a customer and the next visit will be accomadated with a free drink. Not exactly what I was expecting being the only reason I ordered delivery is because I have just had major surgery and am unable to drive, which I explained. Otherwise, I would have driven it back to the location myself for a full refund. I also explained that I was leery about ordering delivery and my fears were confirmed with the botched order. As a result of the above experience, I will not be returning and will not recommend to others.

I have placed 2 orders and each time they just can’t seem to get my order right. I’m not sure how hard it is when it’s all right there but apparently they can’t read. I use to be able to order from there with no problem but here lately it just stinks and I know that if I want the right food I need to go in and order it in person. Good luck and I hope you all do not have the same experience.
