Staff was great today! However I would like to say that Tyler was awesome. He was providing great customer service and also was doing everything from on the grill to serving customers and ringing people up.. he kept a great attitude and made sure all his workers were good. Thank you Tyler for providing me a great experience at chipotle with fresh food and good service

Lettace was brown, burrito bowl was watery , just all around disgusting . Thought maybe it was just me but got my teens to try and they agreed just nasty . My stomach is literally turning . I will never return. For as much as this costed I could have went to an actual Mexican restaurant and sat down and had great food .

The service and food were good. There were a lot of items that were not kept up with on the main food bar. And the bar itself was a mess. There was a ton of food in the sour cream. It was just very sloppy and not maintained. It wasn’t that busy. Then at the drink station, there was a ton of items that were out and it was again messy with trash in the spoon holders etc. The bathroom had no toilet paper so someone used paper towels and the toilet was clogged up with paper towels.
The staff were nice and the food was still tasty. But the experience could have been better if the restaurant was maintained and tidy.

I came in tonight at around 5 minutes before closing. The service was amazing and the workers were sweet, (note: they had long hair) but when i got in my car to eat i found a long hair in my food. when i came back to report my problem the doors were locked and i was left feeling disgusting. at the door i was seen by a worker however he left and went to the back

This is a typical chipotle restaurant however I did want to leave a review because I am someone that hates cilantro. I must have that unique Jean that just makes makes it repulsive to eat. The staff that waited on me were happy to let me have plain white rice, which is honestly hard to find at other chipotle’s. You would think it would be a normal request, but a lot of other stores won’t accommodate this. I will say the food was just OK as the rice was way overdone but it did allow me to at least have a decent meal before calling it a night. The guac was amazing and so were the chips as always the restaurant had been busy so a lot of the tables were pretty dirty, but I did find a little spot and wiped the table off myself all in all it was just an OK dinner but the service was amazing and I wanted to point out how much I appreciate that

We arrived Sunday, November 5 at 6:30 pm. I hadn’t been to this location in years. I used to come quite frequently when health allowed it. Now, I’m able to patronize it again. I was a little disappointed when we entered. Maybe there was a dinner rush before we arrived, but at 6:30 there was only a single man at a table and two people in line. All of the tables needed to be wiped down and the garbage was overflowing. We were doing carry out, so I ordered anyway as the prep area looked clean. My Carne Asada Bowl was good, not quite as flavorful as some other locations I have been to. Two outstanding locations are Crescent Springs, Ky and Matteson, IL, their meat flavor is exceptional!

Bad experience. Lettuce on burrito bowl is so bad. It’s brown in places. People are going to get sick! Orders are stolen a lot and then you have to sit and wait for it to be remade. Employees there have no sense of customer service and seem totally clueless. Also they didn’t have cheese.

Chipotle has gone so far downhill it’s ridiculous. They clearly dont train the employees right or the employees just dont bother listening. First off I waiting almost 2p minutes after the promised time that it said on my order. Second, I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a SIDE of white rice and brown rice and no beans. I got what looks to be a burrito/ quesadilla with chicken, rice and beans. It is extremely soggy, no flavor whatsoever, and honestly upsetting. This place need better trainers and employees.

Ordered online and got a fully loaded chicken salad for my wife. We got it home and they forgot ALL the toppings.
My wife returned right at 7pm, when they are closing and was turned away with a 1-800 number for a refund. Now I guess we’ll eat our meal while my wife eats chicken and lettuce?

We got Chipotle for pick-up. Super easy to order in the app. This location had my order ready at the right time. Staff were kind. Store was clean. Sadly, when I arrived at my home with my food I noticed the chips I ordered had not been included in my order. Chipotle made things right by giving me free chips AND gave at my next visit.
