Oh my goodness—the new Honey Chipotle Chicken was amazing with my bowl! I’m definitely hooked and will be getting that every time. It pairs so perfectly with the sour cream—yum. The flavor combo is just right.
Now, the store itself could’ve been cleaner. The trash was full and things looked a bit messy, so they definitely need to stay on top of that. But other than that, the staff was nice, and again… my food was absolutely delicious.

Took the risk of eating at Chipotle after seeing the most recent reviews, and it was actually good and fresh — can’t lie. Sometimes looking at recent reviews for certain places, especially Chipotle, makes me hesitant. I used to come here somewhat often, and I can’t lie, the last time I went the customer service was awful. This time, though, they were attentive and respectful.

The tables were absolutely disgusting like they hadn’t been cleaned all day. They put the wrong protein in my brothers bowl. My burrito wasn’t wrapped correctly, immediately falling out when I unwrapped the foil. The portions were very stingy compared to other locations. Forgot to give us our queso that we payed for. Weird stuff at the bottom of cup they gave us for fountain drinks. Chips were very stale. Worst chipotle experience ever.

Most recent visit included frozen corn salsa, crunchy rice and 40 minute delay for pick-up on a newly touted $54+ Build Your Own. Think small catering option for a quick gathering or last minute dinner option.
Staff turn over is fierce here.
They seem to be cleaning a bit more but much remains to be desired.

The food quality was extremely poor. We ordered three to-go bowls (two vegetarian and one chicken), and the bowls were so bad that we could not eat them and had to throw everything away.
In addition to the food, the customer service was also unacceptable. The staff member who handled our order was rude and showed a lot of attitude. This made the situation worse.
We have visited many Chipotle locations before and have never faced this issue. Both the food quality and customer service at this location were far below expectations.

quite literally the worst chipotle I have ever been to.. the customer service was terrible and they are worried about the wrong things like not letting customer use the restroom when this bowl tastes like cardboard. rice is mushy, protein has absolutely no flavor. interaction with the team was also not great at all, will definitively stick to the chipotle on university blvd.

Completely disgusted with what i found in my burrito bowls. Looks as if it’s a piece of plastic or rubber. Location was not clean whatsoever. Will not be returning to this location.

Came in and got ignored by staff trying to get a pick up order. When I got home I could eyeball that my order was not fully filled. I ordered double rice and double chicken which should both be 8oz each. I then went and measured the food and I had 5.5oz of chicken and 6.7oz of rice. I am very disappointed by the team shaving my portion while I still paid full price.
