I ordered an online bowl for a 9:30 pm pickup on 12/22 with extra corn, extra cheese, and white rice, plus pico on the side. What I received was a half-filled bowl with no corn, barely any white rice, and far less cheese than requested, and very little sour cream. The pico on the side was the only thing correct.

I live 7 miles away, so I had to drive back with my receipt and the bowl, fully expecting at least an acknowledgment if they were out of ingredients. Instead, there was no apology or explanation. The staff looked at the bowl like I had done something wrong and just said, “you can get back in line and they’ll remake it.”

This experience does not deserve a star at all, and I hope these reviews are taken seriously – someone definitely needs coaching, and customer service etiquette.

Continues to be the worst Chipotle. What is this?!? Ingredients missing and the portions are just stingy. I live too far away to justify going back for correction. Chipotle.com Contact Us is no help.

The food always tastes good except for the chips, a few times I’ve gotten them they felt like they were cooked a week before. I really wish they had friendlier more approachable employees. They make you feel like you are interrupting their life as soon as you come in. There is no greeting and no eye contact but a lot of side eyes. I will forever say please and thank you smile and treat them right but I really dislike going to this location because of them. I would eat there more often if they were nicer.

This has got to be the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Every time I order online for pickup, my order is wrong or incomplete. I always end up missing items that I paid for.

Today, I got home and realized I had no vinaigrette, no chips, and my bowl was barely half-filled—as if no one cared to make it properly. What exactly are the employees getting paid to do if the bare minimum isn’t even happening?

It’s frustrating to spend your hard-earned money and not receive what you paid for. It shouldn’t be difficult to simply put the full order in the bag. And if ingredients are unavailable, customers should be notified before placing the order.

On top of that, what’s the point of having a rewards program if redeemed items never show up in the bag?

This level of carelessness from a franchise like this is unacceptable. We have got to do better because this is exhausting.

It was a mess in the dining room. Most tables were dirty. Trash cans overflowing as well. Line to the door almost. Not sure if this is a regular thing on a Monday at about 8pm. My bowl was about an 8.5 out of 10…. I asked for just a little bit more barbacoa, she put 2 little tong grabs on, I frequent Chipotle across the country, I know what a normal amount looks like, this was not “it”… so asked for just a little more, and was told it would be double meat charge…. I asked for just a little more… not just; (can you give me more)… but oh well. The chips were stale thru the whole bag, all stale. It stinks to have stale chips, and have to pay for them. I hope this location does better.

Consistently rude employees. They never let me scan or claim rewards. If I ask they walk away or give me an attitude. Closest chipotle to me so I used to go but after this last trip I’m done. Smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten at chipotle and I always get the same order. My wife had to beg for 3 pieces of chicken. I’m not one to write reviews but this is the worst restaurant/fast food I’ve been to in Charlotte.

I ordered a chicken bowl and asked for half chicken and half steak. When they added the steak, I only got about three small pieces. I politely asked if I could have a bit more and was told that would make it a double, even though I’d asked for half and half. The employee then said they “didn’t realize” that’s what I wanted. At that point, I just said “never mind” and left. I felt the situation was handled poorly — it shouldn’t be this difficult to get the order right or receive respectful service.

Went there for lunch. The place was busy but the line moved quick. The restaurant was clean as well the bathroom. I had good service the workers were nice and helpful with my order. Quick in and out for lunch in a rush I would say good job to the staff.My chicken bowl was great and filling The quest dip and fresh chips were on point. I like the endless drink section. All in all I would say it’s a Win. Good job ! Tell them Brian Sent ya!!

I ordered online for a burrito bowl with steak and queso. I got back to my office to find no steak or queso. I drove back, they threw away the wrong order, and remade it. When I checked it at the restaurant it was still wrong and I had to get it corrected again. No one even apologized for wasting my time or the inconvenience. I had to spend 45mins of my 30min lunch break getting the food I ordered ahead for. Ridiculous.
