We stopped in around 1:30pm but it was a very bad time. I pretty much ended up with the dried up crusty old stuff in the bottom of the pans. The steak was hard dry over seasoned and way overcooked. The person making my food was unfriendly, the person checking us out was nice though I thanked them to which they said no problem. Some places thank you for being a customer but it’s not like that here. Every table in the whole place was dirty but there was a person sweeping the floor in slow motion and blind to the fact that there wasn’t a clean spot to sit but plenty of empty seats. They continued to sweep while people were eating even around everyone’s feet. The floor wasn’t so bad to begin with. How is the floor more important than dirty tabletops? Love chipotle but I won’t be back to this one. Yuck.

Personally this has been one of the worst experiences this year! Initially I went into the store and saw all of the food spread out on the counter and floors.
After 3 minutes of waiting for someone to take my order the girl who was sweeping the floor came straight to me and attempted to take my order which I asked her “Are you going to switch your gloves weren’t you just sweeping”? She said oh yea and preceded to switch her gloves. Then I asked for 3 tacos and she went back and forth with me regarding not having tortillas even though I was looking directly at them. Finally she informed me there was only two tortillas left in the bag which she the had to ask her manager if she could sell me the remaining two tortillas!

Horrible customer service!

I was picking up a catering order that I had placed on the website, and when I approached the counter for pickup the staff member was extremely rude. I had a confirmation code that was random letters and numbers so I told her I was picking up my order and held up my phone so she could see the code. She immediately went off on me about how rude I am and walked to the kitchen shouting at the other workers how she is so sick of doordash drivers shoving their phones in her faces. I apologized to her and said that I am not a doordash driver and I was just trying to show her my order that I was trying to pick up. She continued to ignore me as she complained to the other workers about how rude the drivers are.

After a few minutes of this, she and another worker came back to the counter and I again said I was trying to pick up my catering order and read them the confirmation number. The second worker was able to locate my order in the back and handed it to the first lady who brought it to me. I then asked her if she needed me to sign anything and she groaned at me and told me to scan the QR code. I looked at the receipt on the bag and there was no QR code, so I again told her I was not a driver and was a customer who had ordered and paid for this food and was trying to pick it up and did she need me to sign anything. She still didn’t understand so I took the food and left. The food tasted fine but based on how rude she was I would drive further up the street and go to Salsaritas by New Garden or Moes at Battleground. Even if I were a doordash drive there is no reason for staff to be so rude to someone trying to do their job, especially when she was so clearly unable to do hers. The restaurant was empty, there was no line that I had to wait in and nobody behind me so I am not sure why she was in such a foul mood.

I waited 10 minutes in the pick-up line because they could not find my order. They asked if it was a Door Dash order and I said it was not. Then they handed me a Door Dash order with one burrito bowl instead of 2 burrito bowls and a burrito. I had specifically told them that there were supposed to be three items in my order. I went inside to return the order I had been given. Again, I was told they had no such order. Since I had already paid on-line, I asked for my money back. The counter person said they could not do that. They saw that I was angry so they looked again and miraculously found the order. The order was for Laurence Schlanger and I had clearly stated that at the pick-up window and again inside. They said they thought I had said “Lauren.” Do you think there was another customer with the name “Lauren” Schlanger picking up an order? Furthermore none of the orders contained fajita vegetables and all three were supposed to have them. I was not offered an apology or any compensation and they acted as if I had made a mistake. The only mistake I had made was ordering from Chipotle. I also made a mistake in giving a tip.

Not sure when chipotle started to make sticky rice for their burritos, but leave it to the battleground chipotle to test it out… lol

Not sure if this is the worst chipotle in the Triad area or not, but could possibly be the worst chipotle yet! I love chipotle and I eat here often, not necessarily this location, but I eat chipotle and have eaten chipotle since 2014 on at least a monthly basis. I don’t know what’s been going on lately, but this location is the worst. I got a spring garden in Quaker Village when possible. Unfortunately from my chipotle taste I have a newborn and I have to DoorDash periodically and this battleground location never disappoints on it horrendous food. I would love this to be a great chipotle as it’s close to me. It’s new. I’m sure it has lots of clientele with the location. I’m sure has all the makings to be a great chipotle, but it’s just not been here multiple times where they’ve not had tortillas meat, sauce, chicken, fajita, vegetables, you name it they’ve not had it.

My my new public service is to start leaving a review every time I eat this chipotle. For good or for worse reviews will become my standard in hopes management somehow by the grace of God takes a look at them and make some sort of change.

This chipotle is by far the worst one in greensboro. Every time I’ve been the staff has not been polite and it doesn’t seem like they want to be there. The food always tastes old or the rice has been very mushy. It is very dirty and doesn’t seem like the staff cleans up. Every single table has crumbs and there were pans stacked up just sitting out. I took a few bites of my food and lost my appetite because of how gross it is inside of there. I know they can do better because any other chipotle is not like this!

First and last time going here! Burrito started at $11.95 by the time I got to the register it was $14.73. Apparently getting queso on my burrito cost $1.70, which was not told to me when I asked if they had queso. So I’m like cool can I get my burrito cut in 1/2. I was told they don’t do that . Almost $15 for JUST a burrito. Not even a whole meal and yall can’t cut it in 1/2. NEVER AGAIN !

Would give 0 if possible. It’s only time before this location shuts down with how bad their operations are. Prepare for your order to be at least 40 mins late. They also don’t allow you to pick up orders inside which I had never heard of.

Never actually even got my food. But I will go out of my way moving forward to not go to this location.

We tried this location twice. The first was a take out order. Food portion of the bowl was laughable. Grilled veggies were practically raw. My husband’s burrito had obviously split open but wasn’t stuffed not sure how that is possible.
The restaurant is DIRTY. The restaurant was not full but all available tables were dirty. Both trash receptacles were overflowing on top, food and trash everywhere. Straws were slap out. We didn’t dare ask the staff for more because they were so dismissive and rude – we felt like we were intruding in their space and how dare we be there lol
The food guards were splattered with dried and crusty food. The prep and cooking areas were also covered in food and trash. The floor in front of the refrigerators were also full of spilled food and trash.
What are they doing here? Who is managing this place?!? They aren’t leading their staff and the location is suffering. We will not be back. We can’t go back.

Kid’s turn to choose again, they wanted Chipotle. Love this newer location. Fresh, fun and clean inside.

Service was outstanding, especially for fast food. There were no napkins in their napkin holders, but after we sat down, one of the very friendly staff members came around to every table asking if anybody needed napkins. When do you ever see that at a fast food restaurant? Thank you.

The food was great. Everything we had was fresh and full of flavor. We couldn’t believe the amount they stuffed into the burritos and the bowl! Haven’t seen this amount in any other Chipotle. Again, thank you.

Honestly, the only thing holding it back from a 5 star fast food joint is that they were out of a few proteins when we ordered, and when people ordered a little bit after us. My son wanted carne asada, they were out. Not, “We’ll have some in 5 minutes”, but they didn’t have any. Then behind us, they ran out of chicken and told the customers it would be a 20min wait. Not something you want to hear at a fast food place.

If they can get the inventory correct, especially for a busy Friday evening, they would knock it out of the park for fast food. We’ll be back to see if they have everything next time.
