I would like to give credit where credit is due. Kie is a phenomenal person! She provides top tier customer service and she is very kind! Her professionalism and attention to detail is always on point. I will continue to come back to this location simply because of her, the wonderful staff around her and the delicious food they consistently prepare.

Located very close to the High Point Palladium Theater, this Chipotle location is an excellent place to stop by for a quick meal. The quality of food is consistent with all other Chipotles I’ve been to and of course…is delicious. The staff is friendly and very efficient. There is a very small outside dining area as well. Parking can be a challenge if the restaurant is busy however there are ample spots off the restaurant with a less than a minute walk. There is a chance you may miss turning in the right entrance but you will eventually get a hang of it.
If you haven’t been to a Chipotle, you walk up right up to the ordering station, choose the food from the menu and grab a seat to enjoy your meal. It is the fast casual concept and there won’t be anyone to help you find seat. So just grab any empty seat and clean up(to your best ability) and dispose the container in the trash before you leave.

No choice but to leave this review because Chipotle has non-existent customer support and the chat bot is useless. Picked up my online order today, usually have a great experience. Took a sip of my tea to be assaulted with a literal mouth full of tea leaves. Dumped it out to find, shocker,unmixed tea. Also found hairs in my bowl.

My order was left behind the counter. No employees would finish it until we spoke up and it was handed to us cold. The employee claimed to “add extra chicken” but the order was for steak and absolutely did not add anything extra. They kept saying they didn’t have my order when btw my name was up on the screen. And it was already halfway made when I walked in the door and then the manager walked away from it and I had to pull a different employee just to literally add sour cream and cheese and hand it to me after over 10 mins of standing while they waited on at least 8 other people. And the manager literally smirked at me when I asked them to help me finish the order And they were the one who kept saying they didn’t have my order.

I order from this Chipotle pretty regularly. Today a coworker and I ordered lunch to be delivered. When the bowls arrived, hers was correct and mine was no where close to right. I order the same thing everytime. I called the store and after explaining the situation was told to hold for the manager. I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted to get my correct order. Someone else came on the line, didn’t give a name or sound overly excited to be answering a call. I, once again, explained what happened. I was polite and wasn’t placing blame with anyone. I work in customer service and know mistakes happen. The manager didn’t apologize or even sound apologetic. The only solution he offered was “we can remake the bowl.” No offer to have to delivered to me since I had already paid the delivery fee and tipped a driver to bring me the wrong order. But that’s okay. I work 3 minutes from the restuarant. When I get to the store the associate that helped me had no clue what I was talking about. So for the third time I tell someone what has happened. I called maybe 10 minutes before arriving. As he starts the bowl, another associate walks over and asks what he’s doing. He is the one that makes the online orders. He looks at it and asks what was wrong with it. I told him it was missing half my ingredients and had some on there I did not request. He starts mumbling to the other associate what I assume is “I know I made that right. There was nothing wrong with it.” Or something along those lines based on his body language and irritated facial expression. And I’m sure he did make my bowl correctly, but I did not receive the one that I ordered. I can only guess someone else got mine. The entire time I am in the restaurant, not one associate apologizes for the incorrect order. Which is one major reason I am writing this review. Attached are photos of the receipt showing what I order, the bowl I got and then what my correct bowl looks like.

Just ordered pickup from here and they forgot to add half my bowl. I didn’t think I ordered a kids meal but it sure looks like it. Come to this chipotle if you want to be charged full price for half of what most chipotles give you! Or at least stand right over the workers shoulder to make sure you’re not ripped off

store opened at 10:45 but at 11:15 still did not have any food ready to serve. I stood there for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged and was just given a very unapologetic “sorry about your wait” obvious none of the employees even tried to pretend they care.

once again went in to pick up an order at 10:54 and was told it would be over 20 minutes and the same girl still had an attitude. this place is sorry. you’re a restaurant and prep time exists for a reason. dont say you open at 10:45 if you can’t serve food until after 11. and you need to fire the girl with the attitude if she can’t act like she wants to be there she shouldn’t be there.

Trash and food all over the floors and tables. Drink station was filthy, including unfinished drinks just sitting there. Chips were stale and the Queso was more of a paste than a dip.

Don’t normally go to this Chipotle in High Point, normally go to North Main location but was closer to this one today. Ran into to order a vegi bowl for my wife and once we go home she bit into her first bite and found a 12 inch long+ hair mixed into the pico salsa. Very displeased with this, the counters were also a mess even with the store only having 5-6 people inside. Will not be a location I return to.

Yesterday’s chicken and last week’s chips. No guacamole. Queso was disgusting and had the consistency of Crisco. Wasted $15. Will not be back.
