There was a line of people and I had been waiting around 10 minutes at this point. One man in line made a comment to them about how no one was working or serving us and walked out. I continued to wait and watched as still no one acknowledged us and they continued to take their time getting to serving us food. The manager, “Nicole Singleton”, was there watching the whole time but she was often on her phone.
The shorter woman with locks and glasses made a comment to one of the workers who came off break and said they needed to hurry up because the growing line. The woman then replied that the customers could wait, they weren’t going anywhere.
I then told them this was poor service and they needed to get it together and walked out without getting any food. On the way out the shorter African American woman with locks said, “It’s always the white guy.” My Asian wife then turned around and said, “What?”
I realized I didn’t get the name of the manager so walked back in and asked for the name of the manager. They would not give it to me and said they don’t give out names of staff. The manager had walked to the back when I came in and I waited for her. They gave me a card that said, “Norman Singleton” but would not give me her name. I waited and finally they said it was “Nicole Singleton.” During all this the shorter African American woman with glasses and locks continued to be rude and unprofessional during this entire process. I spoke with the manager and told her it was some of the worst service I’ve ever seen and it was just sad.
I also want to note that the taller man doing take out orders made eye contact with my wife while we were trying to navigate this and he glared at her rudely if to say, “What do you think you’re doing complaining about our poor and unprofessional behavior?”
No one apologized or said sorry about any of it. It was a terrible experience and we will never be back to this Chipotle again. Another man also walked out and said he was never coming back and was calling corporate because of how rude and unprofessional the behavior was.
Please hear our concerns about this as they are valid. I have rarely complained about a service experience and am usually very patient. I was patient in this situation but the level of unprofessionalism was beyond just about anything I’ve seen. I hope something will be done to remedy these issues and I would like follow up to ensure it was addressed so no one else had to go through it. I would not recommend going to eat here to absolutely anyone unless you are desperate for food. Thank you.
They treat cheese and sour cream like luxury items. I once asked for extra cheese and the manager looked me dead in the eye, grabbed an insultingly small pinch, dropped it on my bowl, and then stared at me in the most condescending way. When I asked—politely—for extra again, she told me I’d have to pay for it. Which is fine if she’d actually give me extra cheese.
The manager (a very small, extremely aggressive woman who constantly yells at staff and customers alike) is one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever encountered in food service. She is openly hostile, short-tempered, and seems annoyed that customers exist at all. When they inevitably run out of meat or toppings—which happens regularly when she’s managing—she treats customers like it’s somehow our fault for being hungry.
One of the most ridiculous moments: I asked for half-and-half meat. A new employee accidentally gave me double meat. I immediately explained that I didn’t want double meat and said I was happy to take the bowl as-is so it wouldn’t be wasted. Instead of simply giving me the extra meat and letting it go, the manager threw the entire bowl away and had it remade. Completely wasteful. Completely petty.
The operational flow is just as bad. During busy periods, they’ll make several bowls in a row, stop, and then check people out one by one—leaving customers who already have their food standing at the register for 10+ minutes while new bowls are made ahead of them. It’s inefficient, inconsiderate, and a massive waste of everyone’s time.
At this point, I won’t even go inside if I see this manager working. This location absolutely suffers because of her attitude, poor management, and constant hostility. There are too many better Chipotles to tolerate this one.
One of the highlights of my visit was being able to sit outside. The outdoor seating area was pleasant and a great option to enjoy my food, especially with the nice weather. It’s a real plus to have that alternative to dining indoors, offering a more relaxed atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.
However, where this location fell short was the cleanliness inside the restaurant. The floors inside were noticeably dirty, which was a bit off-putting. It looked like they hadn’t been swept in a while, with food bits and general grime scattered about. Additionally, the trash cans were overflowing, which not only looked unappealing but also suggested a lack of regular maintenance.
To top it off, many of the tables were dirty, with crumbs and spills from previous customers. While the food was great and the outdoor seating was a perk, the internal cleanliness definitely needs some attention to make it a truly 5-star experience.
The girl at the register was especially kind and even gave me a complimentary water cup while I waited. That small gesture really made a difference and showed how much they value their customers (and delivery drivers too!). Overall, it was a great experience, and I was impressed with how well the team handled the crowd.
