We are SO DISAPPOINTED with the service and food at the Chipotle location in Triadelphia, IT’S TERRIBLY DIRTY, MESSY, DIRTY BATHROOMS, BAD SERVICE, SMALL PORTIONS OF MEAT, AND DISORGANIZED!! How can you guarantee quality and sanitary food when the place is so filthy?! If you like Chipotle, like we do, I highly recommend going to the location in St Clairsville OH, it’s excellent on all counts.

Their catering must be suffering from “shrinkflation” because the photo attached shows what they claim is the amount of meat that will feed 15 to 20 people. I dont want to call it an outright rip off but what else would I call it? The other ingredients seem like they might cover 10 to 15 people. I would never recommend their catering option and I will definitely not order their catering again.

Finally, a Chipotle that gives portion sizes like they used to. Thank you. I would come back to this location if it was closer to my home. I think the girl who dished our food was named Mychaela, but not sure. She had a necklace with her name on it. Thank you! By the way, we’re in the top 3% of Chipotle customers according to the app and eat at Chiptole’s all over the country. Kudos!!

The beans were a little stiff, but my heart is very soft. 10/10 would eat this chicken bowl again. This place is next to a “steak and lube”. I’ve never heard of that before. But I’m interested.

The staff was friendly and quick. The food was fresh and correct. Prices are average compared to qdoba. The tables, chairs and floor were a mess.

We ordered online for pick up and ate in at the tables. They were a little behind what the online order said it would be done by but they were busy and moving fast. The kitchen is clean and efficient. The tables could have been wiped down but they seem to have minimal staff. The have a drive thru that gets most of the customers, I think.

Food excellent. Very dirty serving area, and dining area very dirty. Drink area, well dispensers were empty and ice in soda machine was overflowing. St Clairsville is much cleaner! We had to ask to have a table wiped off. The rest were left dirty.

The food is always great, the staff is always very fast at serving and friendly. The only thing I would like to see is cleaner tables. Alot of times that we’re in there the tables are pretty messy.
