DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, they completely messed up my rice corn steak and lettuce bowl. They replaced the corn with cheese. I am lactose intolerant and this caused me the most pain I have felt in years. They also gave me a humiliatingly small amount of food. I will never order online from here again.

Ordered a bowl for delivery from the app. Bowl arrived quickly, but was incorrect and quality looked terrible. Tried to call and you can’t reach a staff person. Drove to the store with the bowl and as soon as we walked in with the bowl, the line staff gave us the most arrogant looks. Asked for a manager, who was a young woman with no identification. She looked up the order and said she didn’t see the Barbados on it. Pulled up the app and showed her. She then looked at our HOME address and tried to say it wasn’t from them. Again proved her incorrect. At this point, we just wanted it refunded. Manager said we had to do it through the app, however the app only gave us a voucher- no reimbursement! I grabbed the card for the general manager and called. The number called was for a totally different person than what the card said- and his voicemail was FULL! Wound up going through the main support center to get resolved. We have yet to see if this works out correctly. We will most likely not order from here again. I understand the negative reviews. They went from good to bad pretty quickly. It’s a shame.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Taylor at Chipotle for being an outstanding manager. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that customers felt valued. Taylor was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about providing a great experience. You can tell he takes pride in his work and supports both his team and customers. Managers like Taylor make a real difference, and because of him, this Chipotle location stands out. Thank you, Taylor, for the excellent service!

Waited 20 minutes for black beans! (about 3 months ago)
Decided to order delivery from here and one of our barbacoa bowls did not have any barbacoa on it.
Management at this location is awful, no customer service, and always issues with consistency.

I love Chipotle in general but this branch has to be the worst of all the franchise. Service, food availability and lack of motivation in the whole staff. When you are spending your money on an affordable dining experience you shouldn’t have to sacrifice quality. I will never return to this location.

Do NOT use Chipotlane here!
My family decided to place an order for Chipotlane because there was a line of 8+ people inside, and we had 3 little kids with us.
Once i ordered, I saw that chipotle was quoting us a 30 minute wait time.
We didn’t think that they would actually take 30 mins, but after entering the Chipotlane after 20 minutes, the employee told us it would be another 10, and to drive around.
We did, and rejoined the lane after 10 minutes, where there were now 2 cars ahead of us. We then waited 15-20 minutes just to get to the window!
Then, the employee told us it would be 5 more minutes. There was no one left in the customer line inside.
We finally received our food, and upon opening it up, it was all lukewarm to cold. My husband paid for double meat on his, and he commented that he usually got a significantly bigger portion of meat at the Rittenhouse Dr location. Guac was good, but the rice was way overcooked and was in a ball at the bottom of the bowl.
We definitely won’t be returning anytime soon, especially if we are trying to be swift with kids.

I haven’t been to a Chipotle in quite some time, so I decided to give this one a shot since it’s close to my home. Now I know why they have bad reviews. I had to repeat my order like 15 times, even though I was standing right in front of them. At some point, I thought they were messing with me and putting the wrong ingredients in my bowl on purpose. Such a frustrating experience. They desperately need a good manager, or at least one who is present.

I am not one to post a review even with a poor experience but management needs to hear this. Placed an online order for pickup at 8:20pm for 9pm because we had kids with us and had been traveling. We showed up 9:02, the place had 1 customer eating and no one in line, and our order had not even been prepped. The employees were arguing with each other. Several more customer showed up and stood in line for 10 minutes and then started to leave because they were served. We couldn’t cancel our order online and no employee could cancel it there so we knew if we left we’d lose our money. We didn’t get our food until 9:45pm. No sorry, no nothing but overcooked steak and chicken and crying kids for 30 min.

This is no longer a minor inconvenience — it’s a pattern of poor leadership. Every visit, something is missing. Today it was sour cream. For what you charge, running out of basic ingredients is unacceptable and shows a lack of operational control. Fix the inventory problem. Customers shouldn’t have to lower their expectations every time they walk in. Do better — because at this point, it’s pushing loyal customers away.
