Let me just start with I absolutely love Chipotle and have eaten it at countless locations. Unfortunately, this is the one that is local. While the employees are nice, the past 3 times, I’ve asked for Barbacoa and gotten a literal slab of fat all combined into one. This time, the lady literally picked up a slab of fatty meat in one grab and that was it…not edible. All 3 times, I came home and threw the meat in the trash…even my kids wouldn’t eat it. Sad, especially considering the price. They got chicken and steak and it was edible but only according to a child. The rest of the ingredients are great, but this Chipotle needs to give some honest thought into their meat. I’ve ordered lots from other locations and on the road and the barbacoa is great! Chipotle is my craving food; it’s not fine dining- I know what I’m getting when I order it and it’s nothing fancy. I especially don’t have high expectations when I order delivery. Having your burrito made in front of you kind of deters staff from doing a shitty job (mostly), so when no one’s looking over your shoulder, I figure I’ll get subpar burritos- I know that going in and figure it’s the cost of delivery convenience.

What I don’t consider reasonable is missing items and a complete lack of any care or attention to the preparation of my food. I’ve ordered delivery from this location several times and every time I order chips and salsa, and every time I do not receive my chips. My fault, I guess, for thinking: SURELY this time they’ll remember my whole order. I am always wrong, and always disappointed.

To top it off, tonight’s order consisted of two burritos that were so poorly wrapped they seemed simultaneously under filled and unable to close properly- how do you not properly wrap a burrito that looks half the size of a normal burrito?

My daughter’s kids crunchy tacos was placed in a burrito bowl container with the foil lid caved in, smooshing and breaking her taco shells, and her fillings were in the plastic side container cups, which, to be fair, might be the same amount as given in the kids meal, but it sure doesn’t looks like it (this girl LOVES her sour cream, and that small container does not look like the normal amount she gets).

There was nothing inherently wrong with my son’s quesadilla, but the online ordering system sucks; he doesn’t like the beans and always requests for double rice instead, an accommodation they are always happy to oblige in store, but there’s no option for that online, so he was left with only 1 side, when the meal includes two (technically 3 if you include the fruit or chips)

I took the survey online lodging my disappointment and complaint, and then tried calling the store to tell them they have a recurring issue of not including chips in delivery orders, but it’s impossible to speak to a real person, and the automated phone system directs you online…well the online system just says ‘so sorry! We’ll let the store know so they can improve!’ Doubtful.

I want to say I won’t be supporting this location anymore, but they do a decent job with in person ordering, so I guess I won’t be ordering delivery anymore, which kind of equates to not supporting this location because it’s not really convenient for me to go in person.

I usually give in to my Chipotle cravings and walk away satisfied every time, but this visit was genuinely disappointing. I can’t overlook the poor service, even if the food is usually good.

I arrived right at opening and noticed several staff members still sitting at the tables. When I approached the service line, I stood for a couple of minutes before anyone acknowledged me—and then had to wait even longer because the serving spoons weren’t ready. I don’t mind waiting; that part isn’t the issue.

What bothered me was the dismissive, unwelcoming attitude from the employees, from the woman who made my burrito bowl to the cashier. It created an uncomfortable and negative atmosphere. I truly hope management addresses this, because customer service should never feel this way.

This chipotle routinely gets orders wrong whenever you order online or on DoorDash and is unreachable via phone. Last time they smothered my order in queso (which I did not want) and forgot beans and double chicken. The time before, they forgot to add meat entirely. My own fault for trying them more than once. Go to any other Chipotle.

Arrived just after 12pm for lunch on 11-13-25. The employees were completely rude and rushed everything. After taking a few bites from the bowl I ordered, the rice was crunchy. We immediately told the employees working in the front and their response was “It was fine when I tried it this morning” then they proceeded to serve the same rice to the customers in line. We were able to recieve a refund for the meals which was nice. It’s just mind boggling how the base of any meal (rice) at Chipotle can be that bad and be acceptable by the employees. Very disappointing.

I am finding a theme here. Depending on what you look like will depend on how much meat they give you. I watched a select group of people get huge serving portions while others got less than reasonable. I pay attention to what is being ordered and what is being charged. Bias at its best!

I will continue to eat at chipotle (love the food). However this wont last long if the favortism doesn’t stop.

Ordered on the app and it said received and charged my card. Got to the store and was told they didn’t have an order and made me call customer support. Customer support did not resolve any issues, so I had to reorder. They then proceeded to give me the wrong order while treating me like it’s my fault to add inconvenience to their day. Can’t recommend this dump.

I keep trying to give this Chipotle at Patrick Henry Mall another chance, but every time I’m disappointed. Like others have said, when you order online or through DoorDash, you end up with a bowl that’s barely filled and not worth the price. So many items were missing from my order. The chimichurri sauce is the only reason I didn’t give this a zero rating.

I just started a eating chipotle and my first experience about 2 weeks at I went to the Hampton location and literally fell in love with it to the point I ate my entire bowl that was double steak, rice, pico, sour cream, lettuce and that spicy red sauce(which I loved) only to come to this location where service was horrible I told this man steak for both my bowls for him to put chicken & steak in one after letting him know I DID NOT want chicken but of course he did what he wanted and to get home and this mess is disgusting! Nothing about it is fresh & in highly dissatisfied I definitely will never be back to this location
