I just ordered a pickup order at 5:55pm on 10/08/2025. I was blown away with how fast my order was ready. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly even though they were super busy. I hope they get recognized and they all deserve a raise. Great customer service and beautiful smiles!

DO NOT order here. My bowl was so nasty and small. I paid for queso that’s i didn’t get in the bowl. We ordered a DOUBLE protein bowls. Please see pics for the amount of protein we got. We didn’t get double protein nor lettuce and i will never be back. Mind you i hadn’t eaten any of the bowl yet when you see pics. Will be disputing and getting all money back. Let someone talk me into getting this pure trash over cava and never again! RUN to CAVA!

We have given this location 3 chances over the past year. After going to a location in West Virginia and loved it, we gave it another shot. Nope. Still terrible.
Staff did not seem motivated with the long line waiting. They gave me steak rather than the requested carne asada, and the steak was dry. They have messed up our orders previously. The food was overall terrible whenever we have eaten here, compared to other chipotle’s we have visited around the country.
Giving 2 stars because I see similar reviews previously, without any correction for the quality over time. I hope the manager makes a change, but we will not be coming back and will drive for better chipotle’s or better yet support No.1 Taco(a locally owned chain).

The hispanic girl working 11/7 took everyone’s orders and ignored me i was waiting for 10 mins still ignored then she decides to just talk and joke with her coworkers cause im the only customer in line. another coworker could see i was being ignored after waiting patiently for so long so he jumped in to ask me my order (even tho she was the one taking all the orders in front of me) but at that point i was just over the bad treatment so i just left. Really mindblown by the poor treatment i was given so i went across the street to cava where the food is better & cheaper anyways and the workers are kind and attentive.

I came into chipotle around 2:30 for a half steak half carne sada burrito. Dequan politely greeted me and assisted making me a wonderfully awesome burrito. Honestly one of the best burritos I’ve received from chipotle, shocking how portion rationing and tasty it was. The only thing I’m confused about is I’ve been to this chipotle 3 times in a month or so and my burritos all had different prices for the total.

They filled my bowl up to the brim, which is good. The service was really bad. They kept asking the next person in like to order even though it was crowded near the front. There were so many people ordering at the same time that we didn’t know whose bowl was whose. Eventually when one person said that they would wait because there were too many people, I heard them talking poorly about her in Spanish. Mocking her and making inappropriate gestures. Very unprofessional. I don’t usually care about bad service but this was bad bad.

The stars are purely for their new red chimichurri sauce – absolutely amazing and delicious! However, the girl putting together my carnitas tacos was being so chintzy with portions?
Chipotle used to pile on the meat and guacamole, and she was trying to purposely take the smallest pieces she could find and put them in the taco shells, and then she was taking the tiniest scoops of guacamole and one taco she just put it on one side?
Luckily the lady at the cash register who may have been the manager, took over and put healthy scoops of guacamole on my tacos. What’s the deal, why are they being so skimpy and cheap? Sad to see this company has resorted to behaving that way.
The new red chimichurri sauce made up for the lack of meat in the taco as it made everything taste delicious! I really hope they go back to their previous ways and give a healthy portion of meat and guacamole like they used to, as it’s ridiculous to be so skimpy when we’re paying so much money. I recommend going just to try that chimichurri sauce though & kudos to the lady at the cash register for taking over and doing it the right way!

DONT NOT EAT HERE YOU’LL REGRET IT! Me, and my wife ate here, and we ended up with severe food poisoning. We was sick for 3 days afterwards, and could keep anything down. We couldn’t even go to work we was so sick, and had to go to urgent care. I will never eat at chipotle again! I’ve gotten sick twice eating at chipotle once at this chipotle and once at the chipotle on mall dr. The employees and management don’t care about the quality of the food they serve.

I use to come to this place at least 3 times per week (when my money and my time let me do it hahaha); it’s a comfort place for me. The prices are good, the food is always delicious, and it’s a great place to spend a good time, relax, and be chill alone or in company. I love it!

Mexican men who were in were slamming pots and making a ruckus – I made eye contact with the main one- he had a smirk and did it again. The other workers were egging it on and didn’t acknowledge me and my partner in line- when they did I could barely speak because the noise was extremely loud. The two workers up front couldn’t focus because they were playing and acting like little kids. Need better training & better customer service. Food was also not fresh. 0/10
