This is hands down one of the worst chipotle locations EVER. Every single time we go there, there is ALWAYS an issue. If the staff is not fighting each other they are fighting with customers. The accuracy of orders is terrible, the quality of the food is just as worse. Today we ordered to go; the quesadilla was completely burnt and unedible. Complete waste of money it went straight to the garbage. Their customer service is just as worse the AI bot pepper sucks just as much resolved not a damn thing.

I do love Chipotle so sucks to write this. Placed an order for delivery at 6:36. Driver arrived at 6:50 and bless her she literally waited in sore until 7:30 and finally game up because food still wasn’t ready which is just insane. Food was finally ready at 7:35 and new driver picked it up at 7:41 and was delivered at 7:51. I rarely use food delivery and this is why. Do better Chipotle!

I placed an order at 5:15pm to be picked up at their earliest time which was 5:40pm, walk in at 5:41 for my order to not even be ready. Waited 15 extra minutes to get my bag. Walk to my car to check the bowl because they seemed to really be struggling and the bowl wasn’t even mine. Someone named John’s food. I walk back in at 5:45, tell the girl my orders not even right and instead of trying to help she pushed my bag to the back and never helped me. Then they run out of chicken and tell no one until 18 people are waiting for DoorDash, Uber Eats, in-store customers that they’re out and we all have to wait. Mind you at this point it’s 6pm and I have still yet to get my food. I go up to another girl and ask about my meal that’s yet to be fixed. They have chicken but they’re not prioritizing people the right way. She tells me they’re backed up I can understand that but I then asked to switch proteins if I’ve already been waiting so long for some chicken and she denies me to change meats and just tells me to wait. I didn’t get my food until 6:15pm, at that point I could’ve just went to a restaurant and gotten served faster. Just a waste of time and I’m very dissatisfied with this chipotle. Yall could definitely use some nicer workers 🙂

It’s been 30 minutes of waiting so far for one singular bowl because they ran out of chicken and weren’t cooking anymore. Continued to help people in line way before people who had already been sitting and waiting to pick up an order. Everybody started getting frustrated…. this place runs like it’s worked by toddlers.
Edit: 47 minutes past pickup time and line for refunds is longer than order line. Do better!!!

Just a heads-up for anyone eating here: I noticed some major issues with how food is being handled. One of the staff members had long braids completely loose while she was bending over and cutting food. Her hair was literally touching the prep counter and hanging right over the ingredients. It didn’t seem like there were any hair safety rules being followed, which is a big red flag if you’re worried about sanitation. I’ve also noticed from my many visits one of the young ladies on front counter always wears a sour expression and can show a little impatience in front of the guest.

Purchased a bowl today at location today and was served by a short skinny African American girl. It seemed as if she did not want to be there today. I got the new Chipotle Honey Bowl. The portion size was just awful by her. The amount of chicken I received looked like a diet size portion. I then asked for extra chicken that I was paying for an it just looked like the regular amount that I was missing from my first portion. She was scrapping the button of the fajita peppers and i literally had received like 8-10 pieces. I’ve been coming to this location for years as I live on Laskin Rd and this location has went down drastically. Chipotle really needs to address their portions and that young lady customer skills needs to be addressed. Spent $19+ on a bowl and lemonade

Check your take out order before you leave. 2x within 7 days we got food and each time we had issues. One order was made completely wrong and another we ordered chips/guac and the chips were not in the bag. Both times we had to leave home again and go back to correct the order. Waste of time. No one at the restaurant cared.

I come to this chipotle every week mutiple times a week. (I’m in the military) and today when I got three tacos I was served by this short skinny African American girl wil sleeve tattoos. She put a total of 3 pieces of steak in each taco. I had rice and cheese tacos today. I was so mad I couldn’t speak I started shaking. Everybody here always treats me nice and with reasonable sized portions but today this girl had me fuming. I’ll be in contact with their branch manager because this isn’t the first time this has happened to me. I’m so upset I will no longer be coming to this location. Do not come here if she is there just turn around (it was 8:15pm)
