I went today & picked up an order here, this store is always clean & THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL & VERY POLITE, this young man had no idea I was watching him preparing orders, he had a smile on his face when I came through the door, but he was looking down preparing food, he was soo very clean, had gloves on which is VERY IMPORTANT when preparing food, he had no idea I had taken his picture while he was working, but I did let him know I took his pictures & ask could I share them MR. AARON CLARK IT DEFINITELY TAKES PEOPLE LIKE YOU TO MAKE THE GO ROUND & I THANK YOU FOR MY CUSTOMERS ORDERS SIR

Multiple times they have incorrectly made my mobile order. They also will mark your order as complete for pick up just for you to arrive and have to wait in like with the other pickup orders waiting to go name by name to make the order. Would be faster just to get in line. In the picture you can see the label that is printed that should be attached when the order is finished and put in the shelf. Not a single order on the self and a long line of pick up order people wondering where their order is.

Twice in a row there has been an issue with my order and I can’t contact Chipotle to let them know because their contact site drop down to choose location is broken. It’s a shame because we have been going to this location for years but lately orders are wrong and there was mold on one of my tortillas. The other time clearly can see we asked for guac and salsa and it wasn’t present. Paid extra for nothing. Waste of money.

Stopped by this location Friday 12May2023 shortly after lunch. The white rice looked old and dry so I asked the young man if I could have fresh rice. He didn’t say a word but sucked his teeth, frowned and asked the cook to prepare fresh rice. A few minutes later be brought my bowl with fresh rice, I asked if I could have a little more, he rolled his eyes, walked over to the rice cooker and put more rice in the bowl. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or didn’t want to work. I didn’t expect that type of behavior from Chipotle on Laskin road considering the area is relatively nice. Safe to say, that was my first and last time at this location. Hopefully the manager reads this review and conducts training with the employees on proper service and professionalism. I imagine there’s great people out here that would love to have a job and love to work for their money.

The gentleman handling online orders inside at 6pm on 6-19-23 was extremely Rude and threatened myself and several customers. The guy handling line orders also refused to make a chicken casadilla because he said the line was too long. It was incredible to see how poorly Chipotle manages its stores and allows threats to its customers and poor service. Chipotle has lost me as a customer after 15 years of eating at it’s stores. They need to reprimand the employees of this store and the two guys making threats and being rude to everyone. Unacceptable by any means. Non of it’s competition would allow such behavior. Chipotle has lost its way!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life! This location is right next to my house so it is convenient, yet finally after a year of dealing with rude employees, employees literally screaming at one another behind the counter, I’m driving further elsewhere… I went in the other day and one employee was constantly nagging and screaming at the other one who was taking my order. He kept slamming and throwing food etc. I ended up just walking out with nothing because I was over it. They close early, they open late, it’s just insane! And they get mad at YOU for ordering food!

This chipotle has bad customer service and is always out of everything. If it’s not sour cream then it’s lettuce .I should not have to put up with bad customer service because I ask for the things they are supposed to have! Over it ! Do better because Covid is no longer an excuse! Yes I know staffing is an issue it is every where hell I’m a nurse trust me I know but you can not continue to allow your staff to be rude and disrespectful and act like I am not spending my money on food for a family of 5 which is almost 100.00 there.I hope you see this post and do AID-ET training with your staff .

The bowl lid was covered with queso and other cheese sticky stuff on it but employee gave the same bowl lid anyways(Added photos). Manager was not helpful. We went to buy Veggie bowl and we were told no veggies and told us to buy sofritas bowl and when we asked for guac instead of veggies, we were told that they would $1 for guac for each bowl. We purchased 3 bowls Highly dissatisfied.
