Why does Chipotle open the store on time but then it takes 15 minutes for them to really be ready to open??!! There was nobody up front and when they did finally send someone, she look flustered and then there were no spoons so she had to be back and forth getting spoons ready and then I had to wait for someone to get sent up front to check me out. This location was a hot mess at opening.
Add a long wait to my disappointing meal. I ordered a bowl with white rice, chicken, black beans, veggies, tomatoes, corn, green sauce, guac and queso, pretty straightforward. But my gawd, when I bit into it, it tasted like I was eating a lime. I pushed through it but it was SO EXTREMELY TANGY that I ended up throwing away more than half of it. I even tried eating from the other side. I don’t know how much lime these ingredients have in it but wow, it was inedible. I’ve noticed the increasing tanginess at other branches as well. Think I’ll take a break from your stuff now. Waste of almost $20.

The lady with tattoos is extraordinarily mean and she gives hardly any meat. And when you ask for more she makes it double even though it’s still less than the normal amount.
This has happened on more than one occasion. Very VERY unpleased with her. In fact, if I come back when she is here, I’m just going to leave.
Idk if corporate reads these but if you do, the lady with tattoos who works Saturdays at 2:30, maybe reconsider her as a worker. Or retrain her.

The chips are just salt, making them UNEDIBLE.
Fajitas vegetables are RAW.
The tables are extremely dirty.

I visit this location at least once to twice a month today I experienced a very poor customer service from one of the employees to this point it made me ask for a refund on my food because her comments were every unnecessary. I also called corporate to let them know the situation and appreciate them for talking with me about this situation I experienced today, I will not be back to this location.

This location is the worst. Not only were they out of many items, the store was dirty and the associate had an attitude because I inquired about the number of items that were not available. They were out of chicken, rice, and lettuce just to name a few. OMG…..this is supposed to be a healthy fast food option for consumers, and this location is damaging the brand’s reputation. Do better! New management! Clean up the place or just close it down! Managing a restaurant that many people love can’t be this difficult. Get the right people in the right seat!

Went to this location tonight (7/20/25) at approximately 8:00p and was very disappointed with the service and quality of food. The person in front of me and myself waited for 6 minutes before anyone acknowledged us.
Whoever prepped the food needs more training. The honey chipotle chicken did not taste like other locations , tasted no different than the regular chicken . The fajita veggies were soggy and there was an abnormal amount of cilantro, it overpowered everything and made my tongue numb. I found 2 tomato stems, a little stick and something else hard in my food and I’ve only eaten about 1/3 of the bowl. I found a piece of steak in my cup queso and the chips were stale and super greasy. The vinaigrette was VERY salty. Just an overall disappointment. This is the first time I’ve had an issue at this location.

This store is hit or miss. There have been times the employees attitude was so bad, my friend walked out in the middle of her filling the order. Some of the employees act as if you’re asking them for part of their personal meal. On 02/26/25, the employee after asking her for more rice still decided she wasn’t going to do it. She also didn’t give him the sauce for the bowl. We’re paying for the food and expect good customer service minus the bad attitudes, and a good portion according to price. This store compared to others in the area Hampton, Portsmouth and Greenbrier have a lot of improvements to make.

The manager on duty today 5/31/25 at 12:30. They need to be retrained they overcharged my husband for an entire kids meal when he ordered 2 sides and continued to argue about it. We didn’t get meat, we didn’t want the fruit or the juice. We wanted a side of rice and cheese. They also need to be retrained on the burrito point system because they seem to be ignorant to how it works. I’ve been coming to this location for years and never had a problem ordering this way.

Where do I start? When I walked in every single person on the food line had an attitude. It’s not even mid day and everyone looked pissed off. Should’ve probably walked out then. I ordered a burrito and my man ordered a burrito bowl. I guess the employee didn’t know how to roll a burrito because she literally balled them up. Even the cashier shook her head when she saw it. What topped it off is that when we got home and tasted the food, it was so salty! We couldn’t even eat it. My man and I thought the experience would be better in person than delivery, but that was a lie. In person experience was just as bad as delivery. Guess the joke is on us because we keep giving Chipotle a chance. The service at most of Chipotles has gotten so bad. Please do better!

Just placed a mobile order and not only was the staff super rude and acted like you were a bother, but I got out to my car and they forgot our chips and my kids’ quesadillas weren’t even heated. Just straight up cold cheese. I am not one to complain, but knew my kids wouldn’t eat it so I went back in and asked for them to be warmed up and the new ones they gave us were also just cold shredded cheese inside.
