Frankly very surprised to see the 3.4 rating. I thought my bad review would be up against a 4+ rating.
To be fair, I have always loved this location and they have been fair with food portions. I have two store options and I drive an extra 3 miles to get here.
Cleanliness was never an issue here until this visit. It wasn’t too busy and after waiting in line for 7-8 minutes, I was pretty disgusted and walked out.
The servers wearing the same gloves were handling the tortilla, using the serving spoons, dipping into the lettuce and cheese with their gloves, cleaning the table and wiping the gloves on their aprons and they were doing this over and over.
With the low traffic, compared to my other visits, they could have taken the time to clean up and be a little more diligent. What finally broke the camel’s back was the food handling – as they swapped containers emptying the food from the older containers into the new containers, the water stuck to the bottom of the older container found its way into the food. Sad!

I’m not big on complaining but I’ve had it with this location. I think I have issue with my orders more times than it’s correct at this specific Chipotle. Trying to go through the online customer service portal is a nightmare to navigate so honestly it’s just been a loss on my end at this point. I paid for double rice and was given this half empty bowl with hardly any rice what so ever. I paid $13 for a half empty bowl. When I sent this over to customer service through the website they promised me a voucher for my meal that never ended up appearing in my account or email.

Debated on writing a review, but my friend & I went for dinner last Friday night (3/14) around 9 which was 2 hours before they closed. Huge puddle of water with no visible wet floor sign right when you walk in (picture shown) that was much deeper than it looks to the point I was worried about it seeping through my shoe. They were out of the new honey Chipotle chicken which is why we went in the first place, out of CHEESE?!, & out of the red salsa. I saw the employee that was building the first half of the bowls roll his eyes after taking the customers orders in front of us, then was just slapping our food into our bowls along with the queso that was dripping off the side of the bowl because he just seemed like he hates his job. Portion sizes were the worst we’ve received from any Chipotle. The dining room was absolutely disgusting. Not one single clean table. Everything was a mess. $20 for a meal only to be left leaving still hungry. I still love Chipotle but will not be returning to this location. Do yourself a favor by going to another one or to the Qdoba right down the road, because this location was beyond disappointing & clearly poorly managed.

I grab a salad on my lunch break, when i got back to work i opened my food to find hair in my salad. I requested a refund and they stated they can only remake my food. Obviously i didnt want to eat there again. Noone at the restaurant could assist me. Trying to get someone on the phone and its impossible

Absolutely atrocious service. My wife asked if, like she does at may other Chipotle restaurants of they could put the hot items in one container and the cold in a separate. She wasnt eating for a while and wanted it to stay fresh and not get soggy. Doesn’t seem like a bad idea, other locations seem to agree. Being refused this small request she asked to speak to a manager. The manager was asked to come over and refused. Blatantly looked at my wife and ignored the request.

This particular store is a bit smaller than most I’ve been to. But the food and service was just as good. With rising inflation, it’s not the huge bargain it used to be, but is still a great value for your cash. The carne asada was in large part smooth and delicious. There were a couple of tough gristles but not a deal breaker. The burrito bowls are my clear favorite. Beans, lime rice and other toppings taste great. I should buy from Chipotle more often .

Good location . Nicely located very close to a lot of good attractions and cine theaters . Parking was tight . It was almost full. Wasn’t very crowded when I went . .. not much of wait time and quick billing .
We love rice bowls with guac and sofritas. We also have rice / bean/‘corn / hot sauce / salsa : etc . Really worth the price . Good experience overall . ⭐️⭐️

Ordered online takeout, 2 bowls, lrg chips & guac, and 1 tortilla, at a cost of $35. On the way to pick it up I realized I forgot to order enough tortillas. I arrive to pick up the order and was told they can’t add 4 more tortillas, I will have to wait in line to order them. No problem, it’s my fault, I wait in line and order 4 plain tortillas to go with my prepaid order.
When I arrived home, the original order is missing the tortilla. Not a big deal, but still annoying as hell. Open the bowls, and both are about half filled, mostly with rice.
I stopped ordering here almost a year ago for similar reasons, and thought I would give them another chance. This place didn’t improve. It only got worse. Place is unorganized, and the facility was disgusting. Will not be going back to this place again.
Try a different location, or try nearby Mezeh, Short Pump as an alternative. It is clean, organized, and offers generous portion sizes.

This Chipotle is gross, both the food and the facility. I went there to get a bowl tonight. The black beans were a slop of goo. When I saw the beans I started to tell the attendant to not give me beans or get new ones. There was no guacamole either – they were out. How can you go to a Mexican restaurant and they’re out of guac? The bowl, between the beans, watery sour cream and salsa, was a soupy mess. The restaurant was dirty, with food all over the floor, and the bathrooms are run down, with built up crud in the corners, rusting door jambs showing the insides of the frame, with flakes of rust intermingled with stuff on the floor. I’ll be sticking to a certain Mediterranean bowl fast casual restaurant just down the road now. I couldn’t eat the whole bowl and should have asked for my money back but just wanted to get out and on my way.

I love the taste of Chipotle, but I hesitate to go there because sometimes the servers start making your food with dirty gloves, or they have unclean hair or nails. The last time I went, I was really looking forward to lunch, but the boy who was serving had a very dirty nose. I bought the food, but I couldn’t eat it. Restaurants should have clean, sanitary facilities and staff.
