Placed a pickup order yesterday, and when I got home and opened my bowl a few hours later, the guacamole, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce were all missing. How do you leave out half the ingredients? I called the store for compensation- especially since guacamole is extra, but the phone went straight to an AI system, and I couldn’t reach a real person. Extremely disappointed with the customer service.
This isn’t the first time, either. The last two times I ordered from this location, half the ingredients were missing as well. Once, the rice wasn’t even in the bowl and it was filled with pinto beans, which I didn’t even order. It’s extremely ridiculous at this point -does anyone double-check the orders before handing them out? Can the employees here read ? I’ve never had an experience this bad at any other Chipotle, and I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews – that’s how frustrating this was. And it’s not like the store was busy or packed when I went in- it was empty, so there’s really no excuse for this. Do better.

I never been to this chipotle, but telling from the other reviews that were already published. It’s not surprising, I waited almost 30 minutes for my food and I didn’t even get half the ingredients that were supposed to be in my bowel. I payed extra for queso and didn’t even get that. Plus it had 5 blocks of cheese that was not shredded at all. I don’t write reviews EVER.. this is how frustrating it was. DO NOT go to this chipotle.

Just don’t even bother. Every time we come here in person it is disgustingly dirty when we order online something is wrong every. Single. Time.

This time I ordered a chicken salad… got 12 pieces of lettuce, no chicken, no guacamole that I paid extra for and a bowl soaked in sour cream.

Don’t waste your time and your money.

Adding three pictures of how many chips we got in our to go order to emphasize how little there was. It must have been the last chips of the batch too because they bent in my mouth instead of crunching and had an ungodly amount of salt on them.

I’ve also honestly never had such a bad burrito bowl from chipotle as well. My partner can be quoted saying “why is the corn the best part” as we were eating it.

1/5 – one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had getting take out

This was the nastiest/dirtiest Chipotle I have ever eaten at. The service was horrible and they all had attitudes and to top it off the food was not hot. As a result I trashed my food and wasted my money. I was super hungry but this curved my appetite for the night! If I could rate them negative 5 I would.

Easily the most filthy restaurant I’ve been in. Almost no one eating in as there was not a single clean table. Food all over the floor and trash overflowing. Food preparation was prioritized for pickup orders making the in store line super slow. The food was ultimately OK but the environment was horrible. Looks like they were hiring so maybe it will get better with more staff.

UPDATE – not sure why I would reach out through the website, where I have to create an account to “make it right”. How about just fixing the problem. Plenty of reviews with a similar theme. More then a form response from the owner would be best for everyone.

We walked in at 9:30 on a Saturday night 1/3/26. Every single one of them workers (except for one…we will tell that story in a minute) was hot that we walked in. They had one door blocked with a chair like it closing time. Mind you they close at 10:30. First words uttered…”we don’t got no white rice.” Ok…not a big deal. Man when I say they didn’t speak a word after that they didn’t. Just slamming food into the bowl. I want just a little bit of this. They grab a whole spoonful and just slam the food in there. I get it you don’t want to be there. So just quit and find another job or better yet an actually career.

Now the one guy who wasn’t mad. This cat was just sleeping at one of the tables. Absolutely had no idea what was going on.

They had two more cars pull up and enter the store…I felt bad for them.

To the owner…let it go because your employees don’t give a damn at all. Every single one of them should be fired. You are in the customer service business and not meeting the minimum standards of customer service by means.

This Chipotle Mexican Grill is not the best and has plenty of room for improvement. We placed an online order to be delivered. Once we received our order we opened the bag and the bowls were not labeled with what was inside. Also we did not receive any plastic ware or napkins. We are currently traveling and we are staying in a hotel. Fortunately we now carry additional plastic ware with us on our trips due to previous restaurants in the past has done the exact same thing. This is very frustrating when traveling. These issues could be fixed easily if they go by their process. But it’s attention to detail. It’s important. We won’t reward this location by ordering more food from this location. We do NOT recommend this location.

This place was dirty not clean. They will not give you a full scoop of what you asked for. I didn’t ask you to pile it on; however when I’m paying $10 for a burrito I EXPECT a full scoop of chicken please don’t just skim it. Then when an ask for a little more they add 2 small pieces. What an insult. They act like they are paying for the food themselves. Then try to brush me off. The guy is lucky I didn’t just over that glass and ask if he had a problem. I just walked away and said I don’t want it. I won’t be back. Trash

The chipotle I was surprised bc they are located in Williamsburg where the service and food is usually better. However this was not the case. Food was all over the floors and tables. Food and trash left every where. The line was dirty, they didn’t even wipe it down. Food particles mixed in with other food items. Service was super. I paid $17.50 for one burrito for extra chicken.
