My god. I chose to ignore the negative reviews because I figured that a chipotle couldn’t be THAT bad since I figured there were universal standards… goodness was I wrong. The chicken was absolute gristle. The fajita veggies weren’t even cooked – they were firm. Photos to follow. I escalated my complaints to chipotle customer service since the manager here has been famously absent. Drive the extra mile to another chipotle.

For a while, this Chipotle location was not consistent with food prep, customer service, and cleanliness. However, my last three visits have been great. I am not sure if there is new management or more employee training, but wow! The restaurant has been clean, and the staff have worked to provide a solid customer service experience. I hope to see this positive change continue because my oldest child loves his Chipotle!

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is extremely rude, the manager is always on break, and they are always out of food. I placed an online order at 6:42, picked up the order in the drive though at 7:00. I came home to find that the food was missing ingredients ordered. They never mentioned this to me at pickup. They are always out of cheese, fajita veggies, and served brown guacamole with hard chunks of rubbery avocado. The employees said that it was fine to eat but just “oxidized” however the texture and taste would prove otherwise. The manager is always “on break” and never there. The poor management is why this place is falling apart, dirty, and filled with employees that treat their customers with disrespect. Do not waste your time with this location and drive a few extra miles to the Chesterfield Town Center Chipotle where they actually know what they are doing.

I ordered a salad for pickup- the salad had no lettuce… the base of any salad lol. And they forgot my chips that i paid for. Next time I will have to check the bag and also open my salad to ensure there is lettuce i guess. Also got to the front of the line and was told to circle back around through the drive through. So I ended up having to wait in line twice

Rude management, bad portion sizes, low quality items. Will not be coming back. Management took packaged guac back to put back in serving tray after we told him we didn’t want it because he wouldn’t accept our free guac coupon. New location in Midlothian, in the same shopping center with Kroger, but in separate area. It just now showed up on google maps. I did an online pick order from the app. Food was ready before the time given and was delicious. I got a steak burrito with sides of guacamole and cheese dip. Nice to have a location closer to home, will go back for sure. I read some previous reviews and understand the frustration. Maybe give it another try and maybe this time it will be better. I didn’t experience any of the issues named, so hopefully it’s because they read and understood what was needed.

I’m not one to write reviews; however, I feel like this location should be held accountable for how poorly it’s ran. I’ve had multiple issues with this location messing up my order or missing ingredients from my order. I most recently placed an order for delivery. It was supposed to be a salad, however I barely got any lettuce in my bowl. I’m missing 5 out of my 7 ingredients with no dressing for my so-called “salad.” This looks absolutely pitiful.

Avoid at all costs. Had to wait in the drive through for 50 mins only to get a bowl that was half full and missing chips and hard rice. Don’t bother here. Go to the one near the mall. Better yet. Go to the Moe’s or Qdoba nearby

Bowl was barely half full. They skimp on all portions. It’s quite ridiculous. I had to request they add more protein since they literally put 6 diced pieces of steak on my bowl right in front of me. I don’t know why corporate doesn’t just shut them down. I live right around the corner and drive to other locations when I can. I had one good experience when someone senior was there a few weeks ago but it’s back to the same old nightmare now. Avoid at all costs.

I didn’t believe the horrible reviews at first, but now I see why. I ordered a sofritas burrito with all the usual stuff (lettuce, cheese, salsa, guacamole, etc.) and instead I got a bowl of rice, sour cream, and cheese. Now, I used to work retail so I do have an idea how lousy these jobs can be but come on, show a shred of integrity! Absolutely insane that Chipotle allows a location like this to tarnish their brand.
