I don’t recommend getting pickup orders. I ordered a salad and got a little shredded lettuce and toppings. Also ordered a carne Asada burrito and they gave chicken. I went back to location so they could make it right and they said they are out of Romain and gave me more shredded lettuce to make the salad right. They could have put the lettuce in the bowl the first time! This location struggles to get it right.

As I have now seen other reviews. This seems to be common practice for them to skimp on the bowls for online orders. Check your order if you ordered to pick up online. Do not order through apps. There IS a way to get a refund when purchased online.

I wasn’t sure what to expect after seeing the review rating for this location. We were on our way back from Busch Gardens to Gaithersburg, MD and gps said we wouldn’t get there until about 10:40pm. This was the closest Chipotle from off our route though that was open past 10 and my daughter wanted it for her birthday. So we went. Everyone was super nice and they accommodated everything we asked for. I was very pleasantly surprised. Even though it was close to when they were closing, we didn’t feel rushed and no one had any attitude. I love it when an establishment can perform above the handicap of their previous reviews.

I blame myself for not checking the reviews. I paid for extra protein because the girl used the tip of the spoon to put 1oz of meat on my order. Just to get home & see my five additional dollars went to this monolithic piece of fat. $15 for a bowl of rice & toppings.

This was again a bad experience with this establishment. Beware if you order online, you can not obtain a refund. The small portions of meat tasted burnt, hard rice, just overall trashy & disgusting. I am not sure what the problem is, but I hope for some type of change up.

Came in on my lunch break.. the girl putting the food together stood there and complained about not taking a break and how much she didn’t care if stuff wasn’t right because she was about to go home. I ordered a chicken bowl and requested double chicken she then responded with she already gave me more than what I was supposed to have .. the guy standing beside her looked me dead and my face and place ONE more piece of chicken in the bowl .. If I’m paying EXTRA for something I should have what I requested. Customer service here sucks and needs major improvement. No wonder why it’s rated so low.

I notice the bowls are half full and only a tablespoon of guacamole
10:30 he drives back
10:40 he arrives to have the order remade. Staff are aggressive with him and are out of sour cream and guacamole. It’s no issue but just don’t charge us the first time.
It’s hard to enjoy a meal when there is so many issues that happened to obtain it. I won’t recommend chipotle or DoorDash to husband anymore date nights.

I went in after a 10 hour shift wanting food and the employees are in a circle talking..that’s whatever but we could tell they were talking about something and then they went on to write on my food bowl about how they want to go home and are you happy, it’s ridiculous and I’d be fired if that was me at my job and I normally wouldn’t comment but yall don’t close for another hour and I got off work also I want to go home too and then my food just looked like shit. Management needs to seriously do better with their employees it’s embarrassing for yall.

Horrible. They were only taking online orders. They barely put anything in the bowl. I ordered a burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, lettuce and cheese. It seems like they were rushing through the orders and not putting the proper amount in them.
