This is about the only chipotle I will eat at. This place is always clean and the staff is friendly and the food is consistent. Only bad thing I can say is the rice once in a while will be hard by they always make it right

Ordered food through the app to this location. Spent $12.95 on this tiny burrito then $10.00 on delivery fees. This is the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen. Plus, the steak is extremely spicy. Almost inedible. Extremely disappointing. Won’t be ordering from this location again unless some changes are made internally.

Interior is clean, service was serviceable. Chips were alright, but multiple were fused into chewy clusters. The entire burrito aside from the tortilla was cold and after the second bite, something felt off. I could not eat any more nor keep what was swallowed down.

The staff is so unfriendly as if I’m bothering them! If they don’t like their jobs then leave! Very rude staff! I ordered 3 chicken tacos and two of the tacos only had one piece of chicken in them! I have been to Chipotle in Mechanicsville, Va and they are awesome and make sure you get what you pay for! Maybe Gloucester’s Chipotle should go get some training from that location!

Embersyn (I may have misspelled) and Max were phenomenal with their customer service, just exceptional service like you’d typically expect, as opposed to my last visit where it wasn’t as pleasant by far! These two were very polite and patient and helped me get everything I needed very efficiently and I just appreciated their service so much that I’m making my first ever review to a place. That’s how awesome they were! I planned to never visit again bc of last time everyone was very rude and just seemed like they really didn’t want to be there at all. Acted like everything I asked for was a bother to them. I’m glad I gave it another chance, I will definitely be planning to come back again, but during this time of day (in the evening) next visit to catch the better end of who’s on the clock! Way to go guys! Keep up the great work!

Our family ordered a catering order earlier in the week for a birthday party this weekend. It was scheduled for delivery and we received confirmation of the time. Around the time it was meant to be delivered we got a notification our order was cancelled. After several automated prompts and multiple corporate reps, we were finally able to get in contact with the actual store. The store claimed they couldn’t see our order despite the corporate rep saying it was clearly in the system, and then cancelled by the store. The manager on duty showed no remorse and offered 0 solutions. If you’re going to cancel an order, for any reason, I would suggest AT VERY LEAST communicating this to the customer.

I had heard all bad prior to going..they were out of alot of food each time I heard bad reviews, but when I visited they had all ingredients. Thankfully.
Now the portions were small not like I’m used to.
If theres ever a reason this place got popular it wasnt only the taste but the portions! We got spoiled I suppose! They definately dont give you what they used to.
Love the drinks, food flavor and atmospheres always fun at any chipolte!
Prices went up but just about average anymore.
If you’re taking a family plan around $50 min for 3 or 4 people.
Free drink refills. No free chips salsa here though. Lol
Cant beat the fresh taste and we have loved chipolte since they opened years ago in Ohio. Probably our families #1 favorite for food choice! Semi healthy food to fill you up!

Workers are rude and portions are smaller than any other chipotle I’ve been too. I asked for extra rice and meat and my bowl was half empty, but still charged the extra prices. I’ll never come here again and you shouldn’t either!
