Made an online order to be ready by 5pm. Its now 5:27 my order still hasn’t even been made at this point. All the staff completely nonchalant in trying to orders completed 4 people in total. Should be atleast 6. Store is filthy. Person working togo completely looking lost. Will be my last time at this location. Bet that!

Very busy location. Stood in line for a good 20 minutes. luckily the food was all fresh and absolutely delicious, Would highly recommend any of the protein bowls as they are very delicious and filling. Can be a but pricey depending on how much you add in the bowl so just be mindful when selecting items. Staff was courteous and helpful. 8/10 Will definitely come back.

Placed an order online for a Veggie Bowl and a Chicken Quesadilla, they got the quesadilla right but completely messed up the Veggie bowl! I received a chicken bowl with cheese and sour cream, the person I ordered for has a dairy allergy so definitely couldn’t eat that.

This location is consistently disappointing. It honestly doesn’t matter what time of day you go they are always out of something. How does a restaurant repeatedly run out of core ingredients? Poor management, not bad luck.
The portions are another issue. They are noticeably smaller than other Chipotle locations, and if you politely ask for a fair serving, you’re met with attitude. It shouldn’t feel uncomfortable to ask for the portion you’re paying for.
Ordering pickup through the drive-thru? Even worse. Expect your bowl/burrito to be noticeably underfilled. It’s frustrating to pay full price and feel like you’re getting half a meal.
There are a couple employees who clearly care and do their best, and I truly appreciate them. But overall, this store needs a serious reset better management , better inventory control, and better customer service standards. Until that happens, I’ll be driving to another location. It’s 2026. Do better.

My 2 photos are: 1) what I ordered and 2) what I received. No lettuce in the salad! The drive-thru line was long and slow and inside looked the same. On my receipt, there was a website address for comments on your order. I tried to use it to express my issue and the website was terrible. I could not even submit the details of my experience. Sad. I used to really enjoy Chipotle.

Thought it would be convenient to have a chipotle near our house but this one is failing miserably. This is not the staffs fault – they are super understaffed. Takes so long whether you dine in or order pick up because they are scrambling to cook ingredients and keep up with orders. We will stop coming here because not worth having to wait so long. Whoever is the owner or the manager needs to hire more people before this location fails.

I have given this place so many chances. I was very excited when I learned a chipotle was opening near me. Every single time I have gone (5/6 times), my order has been messed up. I am not exaggerating for dramatic effect. It really has been every single time. Missing items (like chips or guacamole), missing entire entrees and having to deal with an obnoxiously long phone prompt to get help, and tonight there was no salsa with my meal (a chicken quesadilla – the simplest item possible). This is only a few examples. Not a single time has my order been correct.

Most Chipotle locations I’ve been to have been great, but this one leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a burrito, and when the time came for it to be rolled up, the lady making it made no attempt to actually roll it up neatly. She also did a poor job warrapping it in foil, leaving spots exposed. When I unwrapped it, I saw that it was leaking out of one end. When I attempted to eat it, it started to unravel and fall apart. I had to ask for an empty bowl to dump it into so I could eat it without making a mess.
To add to that, most of the surfaces inside the restaurant were dirty, the trash cans overflowing, and parts of the floor desperately needed to be swept.
You’d be better off driving across town to the Barracks Road location than eating here.

I use the chipotlelane for a quick experience- why have I been waiting here for 15mins and there’s still 2 cars in front of me? I can’t even leave because of the layout of the drive through. This is absurd- send the person who is too early to the pickup parking spot. Don’t make us all wait here while you make these peoples entire order. This is the last time I’ll be using the chipotlelane to pick up an order.
Edit: it ended up being a total of 28mins in the chipotlelane and yes my order was just sitting on the shelf ready to go… does that mean my meal was sitting there for 33 mins (since I got there 5 mins after the promised time)… probably. Is that considered a health code violation? Idk ♂️ but I definitely won’t be back.

I find it so ridiculous that I paid $15 for my order to not even get a full bowl of food. I got a half size portion of a child’s meal. Let the picture explain itself. It’s a shame I gotta go inside to get the correct amount of food but going through the drive-through I get fed like a child
