Great service and experience at this location. Thomas was very helpful, friendly, patient and accommodating, especially when we were having issues with our gift cards at the counter. Friendly person and team. Would highly recommend.
One thing to note: Parking can be challenging and is limited. I have never seen a parking lot that tiny, unless you try to park further away in a separate parking lot, separate from the restaurant’s on the other side.

My visit started off good until I got to the register. The lady was rude and I felt she was trying to rush me out the store, remind you know one was behind me and they were not about to close. So I get home and the gave me wow chip NO Queso, my salad dressing was missing along with the tortilla I asked for on the side. I live a mile away so I go back. I tell the young man what I was missing he gives it to me. I can see the young lady working the line mumble something. Okay what ever. He proceeded to hand me my stuff no bag. I asked for a bag he rolled his eyed and walked down the line as if I was a bother to him. Another young man gave me a bag and I went on my way. It’s not worth a scene. My point of this review is both Chipotle’s off pllank rd and Central Park could use a class in customer service. Had the lady not been rushing me out at the register she would have put all my stuff in the bag and I would not have to had come back out in 22 degree weather to “BOTHER” the young workers. Mistakes are made I get but how you show accountability is what matters and respect goes a long way especially when I approached you with respect no attitude.

Hostess were wonderful. The hostess alone were funny and kind. Our server i believe his name was Ahmed or Ahmad was absolutely wonderful. He was very patient and helpful at running down three menu options. Great food and great service. 10/10.

Horrible experience. Friday at 3:30. The staff joking around as the line grew. They used my burrito to train the new guy, wrapped it and unwrapped it 5 times and still did it wrong. Messing around with someone’s food they have to eat is a horrible way to train people. This location is the worst.

Picked up my order after work, expecting to get what i ordered and paid for. Instead i get home and see this pig slop if you don’t have the items to make my order, don’t smile in my face when i come to pick up next time, make sure you tell me that everything i paid for was “out”. ( they put beans, chicken, rice, and an extra extra EXTRA BOWL of sour cream.. left out everything else. )

The guys working were playing loud, heavily profane, and sexual music behind the counter from one of their phones. As an adult I can ignore it, but several young children were there, including a 10-ish year old boy who was having to yell over it to be heard while ordering. They weren’t closing in private or anything either – this was at 5:30pm on a Sunday. This was an unusual experience for Chipotle and I was disappointed that little kids were having to hear such awful language in a family restaurant.

First time I have ever experienced prejudice at a restaurant. Management and line servers were all Hispanic only one African-American female, which was the cashier and table cleaner. I requested my standard meal and I received half a serving of lettuce half a serving of cheese. I received half a spoon of chicken as my full serving of chicken. I had to pay $3.50 extra for a standard serving of chicken. I had to ask for extra cheese and extra lettuce. The server gave me a very unwelcoming look and made me wait to receive the extra lettuce. After I checked out, I watched how she served the Hispanic group that was behind me. They were served more graciously, a heaping handful of lettuce, heaping handful of cheese and an overloaded spoonful of chicken. They were NOT charged extra for their servings. I requested to see the manager to discuss the situation. I completed my meal and was still waiting for the manager. The manager never came to my table or out from the back of the kitchen. As I went to leave, I saw the manager you made eye contact and he avoided me. I see that he’s also Hispanic. Before I left I looked at the rest of the consumers and realize they were all Hispanics with full plates. My husband and I are African-American and the only ones with the bare minimum. Chipotle you need to check management this is absurd and will tarnish the brand if this continues unchecked. That photo is a $15 chicken and Barbacoa bowl.
