I eat here every other day. The staff here is amazing. They get to know their regular customers that come in the store. There very patience and courtesy when getting your order, they don’t rush you. Food is always nice and hot. Parking is a nightmare depending on the time you go.

Hey guys, I had a softitas bowl tonight and the white and brown rice you brought out fresh were actually a tad bit undercooked. The rice forms a base of the bowl so please make sure you cook it all the way through so that it’s chewy and that will lift the entire dish to a whole new level !! I appreciate you giving me another replacement bowl, without the rice.

They charged me for guacamole. Received no guacamole. The amount of carnitas I received was also below Chipotle expectations- it was fatty and the rice was cold. Wow. 🙁

I feel ripped off by this clowns! I paid over $50 for three chicken bowls (no extra meat) in fact very little chickenwith guacamole on the side, but all 3 of my guacamole sides came with a huge piece of not rippen hard avocado.
On the bowls the mild pico de gallo was extremely salty and had really big red onions pieces. Also they had a sign posted on each door saying there was a “shortage” and they had No Sour Cream yet we saw the online order section had sour cream for their orders.

I order online, looking forward a good salad bowl and this is Not a salad bowl, chipotle is so expensive, and I get about portion but seriously for a salad bowl there is barely any lettuce. Not worth the price. You really have to go in the line to make sure you get what you want or else they just get away with this ugly type of bowl. Very disappointed Chipotle.

This is one of my vegan friends, favorite places to go. They’ve been in Fredericksburg for a long time. I like that they hire the younger generation who seems to be having a hard time finding places to work. With food prepared right in front of you, you know that they’re going to do it right
